Location was good given where we wanted to go Lot of restaurants nearby Breakfast was good but choices limited Loved size of fridge and microwave

Family became concerned when they heard two people complain of bedbugs. Room near us had bad smell

Location: Off I71 north of Cincinnati.This is a suburban location with most any type of store you might need. We found it easily , but a GPS helps since it is set back from the road and could be missed. Staff: Helpful. This appears to be a family run affair. Decor:Exterior and hallways are dated and a little worn in places but clean and the rooms are updated. Bathroom small , clean Beds & pillows : comfortable Noise ; no extraneous noise. Breakfast none offered WiFi : Free wifi is fast 30 Mbs download and 12 Mbs upload. Plugs : each bedside lamp has on electrical plug.There are 2 at the table .No USB chargers TV: Large HDTV on the wall at the foot of the bed. Appliances: Mid size fridge with freezer compartment (needs de-icing). Microwave.

The location was excellent. Safe area with lots of restaurants and gas stations around. Quick drive to Kings Island about 8 min. from the park. My room had everything including a fridge and microwave. For $99 and a free breakfast, it had everything and more. Free breakfast was amazing. Hot food, cold food, and belgian waffle makers for the win. I really liked everything and will be back.

The only criticism I have is there was a sketch looking stain on the curtain and lounge chair. Everything else was so good it didn't bother me. The bed, bathroom, and everything else looked really clean and was very comfortable.

Breakfast was OK. Room was quiet. Great location

The housekeeping could have been a little better. There were twisty ties on the floor that could have been picked up. The remote to the TV was nasty. It had sticky stuff and crumbs in the buttons. The ice container lid was filthy. Had to wash it off. They table was wet and the coffee machine needed wiped off

Staff extremely friendly, helpful and polite Lady in charge of breakfast room was kind, friendly and happy all the time and worked really hard to keep all the food trays full.

Little issue with full parking lot but it worked out OK when told of the overflow lot.

handy to interstate and restaurants. breakfast was very good. room and facilities were clean and the room didn’t smell like bug spray. we would recommend staying here.

for a handicap room, toilet was very low. only save was the bar to help getting up.

The room was clean and didn't smell heavily of cleaners. The location was close to a lot of restaurants.

The hall smelled of smoke most times but at least it wasn't completely overwhelming. The floor in the room,, under the carpet was uneven and the dip and hills were noticeable. At least it was so uneven it caused you to trip. One night a couple was having extremely loud set that started around 3am. It was very loud and woke me up.

The breakfast was excellent and was a big reason why I chose this hotel. Second, I liked and used the computers in the lobby. Third, the young Indian man at the desk was friendly and helpful. Fourth, I liked the fridge/freezer in the room. Of course, the room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked well.

It was a bit difficult to figure out how to access the hotel from Fields-Ertel road.

Staff was very good, pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect for us. Breakfast was very good with fruit, cereal, waffles, etc.

Sink and toilet drained slower than they should, problem reported to desk at checkout.

Room was clean but the towels looked if they hadn't been washed they was nasty looking..Had to go down to front desk to get some. Also small hotel the parking kinda rough. You can smell a lot of pot around outside and some inside not a faint smell but full blown.
