It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. We also liked the shower very relaxing.

I didn’t know that there was 100 incidental charge when I went to check in. I was never told my total before I began to pay. After I switched to a different card it sent me a declined message and said the total was more than what I originally thought. Then the clerk told me oh it is a 100 incidental charge that you will get back when you check out. Had I known that I would have moved more money from my account so my card wouldn’t have kept declining. I still haven’t received my $100 back it has been almost a month when they told me 3-7 days.

The restaurant was good but they need extended hours in both the restaurant and bar. At 10:00 pm when the bar was shutting down, it was packed! Andrew, the bartender, had to tap everyone out. Very unfortunate. The room was clean but the furniture was “scarred” and dated. Really not worth $235 for a night when there are other places nearby for half the cost. That being said, the people were super friendly and quite helpful. I would suggest a late night, room service menu. The restaurant closed at 9:00pm. I had a meeting that went to 9:30pm and had to leave the property to get dinner. 🙁

No breakfast but the location was great for travelers and work related travel. Our desk clerk at check in was fantastic! She was super helpful, amazingly friendly. She went above and beyond helping us out and getting us situated. She should be an example for how to treat and interact with your customers.

Maybe update the decor. Where there wasn’t ambient light, The property was dimly lit almost like a funeral home. Also, I know it’s complimentary but the coffee in the lobby was terrible.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed on 6th floor which was newly renovated. Perfect location.

Late check out is noon instead of 1pm like other local hotels. We were put in a room that adjoined to the room next door and those guest had children so it was super noisy. My receipt showed one price but I was actually charged $56 more? Not sure why the extra charge, I'll contact them.

Location and proximity to Cinci Open. Lobby and bar were great too.

Elevator! It scared me to death, the doors were not opening and it was going to different floors without opening.

Breakfast was bad. not enough food also no variety at all.

Staff was great! Thought I had booked a room with king and pull out sofa bed but desk said it was king only. However, manager on duty personally delivered a roll away bed.

It seems that they rented to a sports team or high school party. There were multiple teens running up and down the hallway, screaming, loud TV on, yelling profanity, etc until 11:30pm. I would think for the price range there would not have been riff raff.

Convenient location off the highway - close to Kings Island which was about a couple miles up the highway. Restaurant and indoor pool.

All ok. Maybe the outside a midge dated- though rooms inside were very good.
