Breakfast was good. Regrettably I am on a very restrictive diet for food allergies. I liked that they had apples and oranges, just to compare. LOL. Alot of standard food you would get at any chain hotel for breakfast. It was good though.

I usually stay at Embassy suites, and breakfast is on another level compared to this. You could notch up the breakfast a bit, as I paid almost as much as I've paid for Embassy suites. Breakfast shouldn't be a price point breaker for any hotel chain. We got the same food staying at a Best Western when no Hiltons were available. Nice but not Hilton level.

Our hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very friendly. Becky, Michael, and Terri were very nice. I called several times and spoke to Becky about our upcoming trip and she was always very friendly. She checked a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Michael was really nice. He asked if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything he could do to make it better. Terri kept the breakfast bar well stocked and always stopped by to say hello.

Welcomed right as soon as we came in the door staff was so nice our whole stay, the bedrooms and bathrooms very clean! love that they have the shampoo, conditioner, body wash,lotion, and hand wash in the big dispensers! Also have bigger towels then most hotels and they keep multiple in the bathroom so you don’t have keep asking for me!! Me and husband absolutely LOVED their continental breakfast! It was the best we’ve ever had for a breakfast included in our stay! the Egg Frijitas was so good and the giant waffles! Thanks so much for such a great stay, will be staying again when we are in the area!

Everything was great! Did not utilize the pool or the fitness center but looked it over and it looked great. The room was very nice, clean and the beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was great and loved having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash located in the shower!

A microwave in the room would be my only further request!

Clean & modern. Friendly staff. Nice complimentary breakfast. Great amenities such as an indoor pool, gym & outdoor seating area with couches and fireplaces

No proper dresser or closet in room to store or hang clothing. It’s a bit of a drive to cedar point but worth it when compared to closer hotels.

Location was great for our trip from MI to MD. Room amenities were good and we appreciated the lack of carpet.

Stairwells (which we used) were dirty with food and trash. Ice only on main floor. No basic print out of information (not everyone has their phone on all the time).

Front desk and house keeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a lot of outlets which is great when you are traveling with more than two people. Full sized soap and shampoo was nice as well.

Would have liked it if the hotel had bigger room options but other than that this was a nice place to stay.

Newer, modern concept hotel with space efficient design. Clean with very nice and helpful staff. Lots of family friendly amenities, i.e. games and lounging space in lobby. Rooms are just big enough to be comfortable to crash for the night and head out for next the day, then again that's what a hotel in Sandusky is for, right?

The staff was so kind and helpful. They also gave the lobby a thorough cleaning in the evening after parents had retired for the night. They kept the breakfast buffet well stocked even at 6-6:30am when many of us were visiting at once. The gym and pool were clean and wonderful with little motivating notes left around. We loved the lobby games too!!! Great bonus for just hanging out.
