Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Madison, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was good! A lady at breakfast was very helpful in checking the ingredient list for the pancakes for our nut allergy child. I appreciated that tremendously! Our son ate 4 pancakes! Lol All staff we came in contact with were extremely friendly. Nice hotel!

No fan in bathroom (or it didn't work) so it was pretty steamy and damp in bathroom after a hot shower. No room service during our 2 day stay but maybe that is new protocol due to pandemic. Could've atleast used fresh towels and trash removed after first day. I'm sure they would've taken care of it if I asked but after a long day we were too tired to bother with it.

Traveling from Boston to St. Louis and stop for the night. Have to say it was the best hotel experience ever. From the comfort, cleanliness of the room to the continental breakfast it was outstanding! We were so impressed with our stay that we made sure on our trip back that we do a return visit!

There was no downside to our stay.

The location was great. Really enjoyed the pool and our room was very nice. Even loved the hand soap’s dispenser. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Would stay there again. The price was good for what we enjoyed

The only thing is I wished it had a hot tub and I wished we had booked more than one night. Really enjoyed our stay.

its only 3 years old and everything feels new/ comfy bed and Large TV, large round shower head with the perfect water pressure, lots of creature comforts like generous amounts of electric outlets (and USB ones) including dbl outlet on a little shelf next to a full length mirror, lots of surface areas for stuff like bags and luggage, good hot breakfast, mini store with drinks/snacks/food to microwave

The Hotel is conveniently located to the highway which makes it easy to access if you travel through. We stayed there for a short visit at Spire academy. The room was clean and the beds comfy. Wifi was working well. Good breakfast choices.

Obviously located close to the highway you can hear the traffic which isn’t very nice during the night.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and big shower. Well stocked. Clean towels brought daily.

Hot breakfast items were not very hot. Not enough variety. Pancake machine broken.Try gravy/biscuits or add potatoes instead of the same omelets and sausage everyday.

We love the pool and the free breakfast. We live close so we like to do this for a little mini vacation with the kids and friends. The staff has always been super nice and helpful and our stay is always enjoyable.

The rooms were immaculate...except for under the bed, which isn't a huge deal for me but might want to check under there more often. It was actually kind funny, there were balloons and a shoe and some socks and stuff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast selection and the staff was very friendly. We stayed to visit the local wineries and all of them were minutes away. We actually ended up booking another getaway weekend before we left.

Breakfast was far better than most other hotels at this time. Multiple food selections with really nice options to take items back to room (to go bags, trays, plastic utensils, etc).

Juice options would have been nice throughout the day as coffee and tea were. Just a personal issue with extreme bleaching of bed linens resulting in skin irritation.

The close proximity to all the great wineries was the reason we picked this hotel. The staff was great, the place one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast selection every morning was amazing!

The road noise in our room was alittle disappointing, but, we were literally right beside the interstate.
