I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and each time, without fail, they issue two keys at check in abs neither works. So I have to lug my bags back to the desk to be re-keyed..... annoying. Then prior to checkout the keys deactivate and I'm lectured that, "keep the keys away from your cellphone. " I never place my key near my cell phone. I keep my cellphone on my hip via a belt clip and the card in my pocket.

I pulled the covers back on one of the beds and used toilet paper fell out. Which suggest that it's possible that the linen want changed but that the bed was simply made up. There was no skirt on the bed which I mentioned to the housekeeper who stated there wasn't enough skirts for each bed while I looked in a cart filled with, you fused it, mattress skirts.... really. The towels were just old and worn and some of the hand towels were large than others. I use the to hotel for convenience. And breakfast needs to be earlier, or coffee/ tea available for early departure and during the day.

The eggs were very runny and the breakfast food in general was very bland. The staff seemed very helpful though, including the wedding venue. The TV was easy to operate which in past situations hasn't been the greatest.

The price I paid thru booking.com was $60 more than what guests paid who booked thru the hotel directly. My charges were $165 plus tax and if I booked directly, it would have only been $105 plus tax. I am NOT happy about this at all. Of course the hotel would not reduce my charge at all since I booked thru an outside source (Booking.com). I've always been under the assumption that Booking.com gave you the best rate possible. I am NOT happy at all. Unless I receive a refund of at least the difference in cost ($60), I won't ever use Booking.com again!!!

The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Buffet style breakfast had plenty to choose from and was gluten allergy friendly.

The pillows were rather uncomfortable, the front desk couldn't break a $20 for the vending machines, the pool was closed for remodeling. There were guests that felt the need to carry on loudly in the hallway past midnight.

Located near the freeway, which suited us as we were traveling through wine country and wanted something economical. Clean, spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Had necessary amenities and free complimentary breakfast. Wifi was not very strong.

Rooms were a bit old. Only cold breakfast provided.

The hot breakfast on Sunday was good.

The noise in the hallway was disrupting my sleep because the door was not sound proof. The carpet had dirty spots throughout, and the bathroom floor has hairs, so I was unsure if the room was thoroughly clean for the next guest. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned. I think for the price, the cleanliness should be better.

It was a little confusing to find the place but it was very nice. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and a very nice breakfast spread. We were gone most of the days and didn't take advantage of the pool but we really enjoyed the wild turkey that showed up by the breakfast area each day.

I had some scheduling issues that were never resolved and the staff wasn't sure who I should be speaking with.

people bought pool passes then let their friends in the back door, so the pool was very crowded. could have used some attention to around outside of the pool floors. no lights on our second night in pool area even though it was open til 11. no one came to turn them on, we couldn’t find them around the pool ourselves.

Although an old structure it still holds it's regal appearance. The accommodations are great; perfect location, amazing value and can't wait for the renovation on the pool to go back and fully enjoy everything this facility has to offer!

How friendly the staff was

When we first arrived the room we were in the toilet wouldn't empty when we flushed but the staff was really nice and moved us to another available room right away.

staff were very friendly. the breakfast was a nice add. connection to LaMalfa where my organization had a two day event was a plus.

my air conditioning unit seemed to need repair/replaced. My room was not consistently cool.
