The room was comfortable and had a nice TV and amenities for my short stay.

I did find two old hamburgers in the microwave that were not removed before my stay. I didn't need to use the microwave but just noticed them in there so I threw them away. I thought the breakfast selection was limited but okay. I was going to use the microwave to cook hot oatmeal but was concerned that the only bowls available were styrofoam and wasn't sure how they would be affected by the microwave so I choose other food instead.

Staff were nice. There was a slight odor in the hallway but not in our room. Breakfast choices was minimal and not healthy. All in all the stay was nice for our overnight stop.

I would have wanted more breakfast choices like yogurt, fresh fruit etc.. There was a slight smell in the hallway but not repulsive.

Clean , short walk through the door

Breakfast was really far away from the handy cap room and I have trouble walking long distances w my heart , and the bathroom was handy cap and had railings but wasn't a walk in shower so it made it very hard for me to take a shower as I loose balance easily

It was convenient for where we were vacationing (Geneva-on the Lake), clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, plenty of everything. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Very kind. We left a beloved stuffed toy in our bedding and somehow I didn’t check as I normally do. I called the desk after we got home and the staff member who answered ran up to the room right away and checked to see if it was still there. She found the toy, called me back within ten minutes, and promised to mail it to me. We live more than 2 and a half hours away and can’t afford to travel much; this saved my son from some heartache and trauma, and I am extremely grateful. She was so kind and had a great sense of humor. We would definitely stay here again. As a bonus, my boys loved the fish in the lobby! They also appeared well-cared for and were beautiful.

The hotel was right off 90 and easy to access. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Door was sticking and housekeeping thought door was bolted, so room wasn't cleaned the first day of stay.

Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay very nuchf

I ordered and payed for a jacuzzi room and didn't get it and was then told it was I couldn't get it cuz there was a difference in price

The rooms were great and peaceful and comfortable with plenty of space .liked the microwave and coffee in your room, I had 3 rooms and all rooms was great with plenty of space and the rooms were very clean.

bed was alittle too hard, and pillows were too small.

Wish there was more restaurants in the area and places that delivered to the hotel.
