The staff at the location were fantastic, friendly and very helpful throughout the stay. The bed was comfortable, the heating was great and the shower had both good heat and pressure. The room is a good size and met my expectations of what I was looking for. The wifi signal was excellent.

Not a dislike as wasn't really an issue for me however may be useful to other travellers. I travelled on foot so it is worth knowing that you only really have access to the BKing and gas station opposite. I used uber and uber eats without any issues. The coffee and tea are available from 6-12 daily, with no kettle in the room. Room service is less frequent for longer stays however I did get a knock on the door to check if I needed anything. If I had to give any feedback at all it would be that the hoover/vacuum may not be strong enough to pick up everything, especially pet hairs. Having seen the room service lady vacuum I don't believe this is a staff issue.

window needed to be replaced. mine was constantly fogged up so it was hard to see out of the room. no fridge or microwave in the standard rooms. drain in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned out. 🤢

Quick and easy checking on and out!

Our AC stopped working at 4 am and the room got hot with 4 family members staying in the room. The outside temperature was in 60° so we don't think it was done to a hot day. The AC did, on its own, start working again around 7am. It kept us from sleeping supper good.

Easy on and off highway Staff was Friendly and helpful had key card problem fixed quickly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again next year! yes I would recommend

Didn't know they had a breakfast. I'm always up and gone before 6am anyway, so it wouldn't have mattered.

Bed was a bit to firm for me, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it could just be me as my bed at home has a 2 inch memory foam topper added to it.

Convenient and economy

We stayed in a luxury hotel earlier in our trip. The staff at Red Roof was friendlier. If you want safety, cleanliness, and economy. This is a great choice. It’s minutes away from Historic Willoughby by car.

Quick check in. Room was very clean, thanks to Tommie. Nice area to walk my dog. Even though it was storming outside, the room was very quiet.

Only complaint. Having bad knees, I wish the toilet was not so low. I felt I was back in elementary school.

Great location near the Lakeland Community College, which held WonderStruck festival this past weekend. So close I could have walked to the festival. Will stay here again next year. Thank you for the comfy stay.

Non-smoking rooms were great, but still too many people smoking on the balcony outside, sheesh! This is not the venue's fault.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. I live locally but this is easier when I’m with friends and we go out at night because it’s very close to downtown Willoughby and we can Uber!!! It’s also quiet and clean. The beds are pretty comfy and parking is easy! Staff is always nice and check in/out is super quick! Also very close to the mentor mall and plenty of restaurants for anyone coming from out of town!!

Nice location. Beautiful park a few miles away. Food nearby. Staff very efficient. Safe area. Clean. If you need a clean place to crash in a safe area for low cost, this is it.

Very basic, average room. Room very humid, even w/ac on. Light over sink worked, but fussy, however I did not complain to staff since I got it to work.
