Up-to-date accommodations—fresh and clean. Property is in a quiet area, and off the main road 100 yds or more. Our room looked out to a wooded area.

However, this was one of the noisier properties I’ve been in — people (kids I think) in the wee hours. And there were other issues: 1) breakfast was poorly resourced at times — our 2nd morning the pan labeled “bacon” was empty when we arrived, and still empty when we left 20-25 minutes later; 2) our room was not cleaned the 2nd day, though we were gone about 10 hours. I heard other guests had the same issue. The pool is so small as to be a non-factor.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I liked that I could grab a coffee in the evening from the lobby. Pool was small and cold but nice to relax in. Location was convenient to Spire and to travel into Cleveland. Would definitely stay again.

We were on the 3rd floor and I feel like I heard every foot step from the room above. Conveniently, we knew the family staying above us. We tested it by them walking, dropping stuff etc and it's definitely just the floor/ceiling. We didn't hear people beside but definitely above us. Our keurig did dispense any water.

Breakfast very good. Convenient location right off of the highway.

I did not see one person cleaning anything in the time I was here.

I have stayed at this location in the past. Every time I travel to the Chicago area from New England I stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly. The location is excellent. Easy on and off I 90. Plus there are several restaurants nearby. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are large. Breakfast was excellent as well. I have always had a very positive experience, and will continue to take shelter here the next time I’m in the Ohio area.

That our reservation was cancelled due to a scheduling glitch and we ended up having to scramble and book 2 separate hotels for our stay in the area ** That it took a lot to get our $ back from booking.com even though this wasn't our mistake

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel was VERY clean. The room and bathroom were clean & bright.

Accessibility to the lobby was blocked due to parking lot repavement. The entrance remained blocked off the whole weekend which made loading luggage to leave a bit inconvenient.

The hotel still has a new feel to the rooms and common spaces. The full breakfast was a nice change from usual continental fare at many hotels.

Our room didn't get cleaned during our stay. Wouldn't have been as bad if we had been told at check-in to not expect a cleaning. They only supplied 2 washcloths for our 2 night stay. I don't mind reusing my bath towel, but not a washcloth. When I asked the housekeeper for a couple of washcloths, she said I needed to take the used ones to the front desk and ask for replacements. Strangest thing I've ever heard from hotel staff!

The room, facilities, and grounds were very well kept. The staff at check in and check out was great. The room attendant, although I only stayed one night, was so friendly and accommodating

I will definitely stay there again. Much better than the Comfort Inn that I stayed at last month.

It was right off the exit and had assorted places to eat at.

The front had a setting area that was nice but the smokers used it and it smelled like smoke.

The breakfast was very good- so many choices, and the nicest staff. Everything was delicious- we especially loved the biscuits and gravy. I really appreciated the hot chocolate packets that were made available for guests.
