We had a super nice staff member (Joyce) give us an upgrade due to circumstances, she was so nice!! The room was very spacious. The bathroom could have been nicer, but it worked for us. Breakfast was good as well. Overall a nice hotel with very friendly staff.

I did not like that the washer did not work. I got quarters and detergent at the desk. Put quarters in and the washer gave an error code. After coming back to the reception they told us 'yes, we have been having issues with that'. Would have been nice to have known before we put the money in (refund is not through the hotel, good luck with that) and we would have gone to the laundromat right away. There is no cleaning the room/changing towels, even if you stay 4 nights. Maybe I have not stayed at hotels for a while, but it surprised me. Of course there was always new towels available at the desk.

For the price of the room, we didn't have extra high expectations, but we have a strict budget so we usually go with the cheaper rooms. When we arrived, the room was large and clean, the area felt safe, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast area was great! Everything was very clean and well kept. It was a great experience overall. Thank you La Quinta for having a safe, affordable hotel option for us working families where we feel safe and comfortable bringing our kids!

This is a clean, comfortable, very conveniently located and updated property, though it's not a 5 star luxury hotel. This is our second stay, returning from our driving trip to Wisconsin. Check in was fast and efficient, as was the checkout. The price is reasonable. The free breakfast is good. We'll stay here again next time we travel this way. I left an item behind by accident. The desk clerk called me and arranged to personally take the item to UPS and ship it to me. She couldn't have been nicer!

There was nothing to dislike. The rooms are very quiet...I never heard any noises from other guests. Due to COVID they don't keep blankets in the rooms. You can request one, or turn on the heat. We were comfortable with just the sheets.

A place I've stayed at many times, it has the feel of a family-run establishment with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable feel. The location for the road warrior wouldn't be more convenient with plenty of options for food, gas & shopping. Plus, you can be on I-75 in minutes.

I wish they would have a coverlet or duvet on the bed in the room. As it stands, you have to ask for one at the check-in desk.

Very accommodating and helpful staff, the fact that although I had a dog with me, the room was clean. I have stayed in other hotels and it looks like they put you in a room that they don’t bother to clean because it is their pet rooms. They also did not keep a blanket on the bed but offered you a nice fluffy comforter/quilt if you wanted one. This seems like a good idea to cut back on laundry and to conserve resources. Why put blankets there in the summer and you just have to pull it down and they have to launder it between customers.

I really like plain yogurt but all hotels seem to only carry fruited and sugared. No biggie - just a simple thing I didn’t like. Everything was great really.

It was nice the room was clean bed was comfortable.. the hostess was really nice and got us checked in with no problems… we didn’t eat breakfast cause we had to leave but it smelled amazing so I think it would of been great! There was a dirty towel still hanging on the back of the bathroom door but that does not hurt anything cause everything was still very nice and amazing!!

The pop machine don’t take quarters!!

Great location, friendly staff, clear explanation of housekeeping situation and a clean, quiet, comfortable room. Just what a traveller for work needed.

There are only 2 tiny suggestions I would proffer - 1. Include a weather channel on the TV. 2. Provide either whole milk or half-and-half in the breakfast room. Neither one is a negative, nor does it affect my totally positive view of the hotel, but adding those two things would make it just about perfect.

The front desk staff are amazing. The breakfast lady is adorable and the food offered plus drinks are top notch. Easy check in and check out process. I don’t usually stay along anywhere, but I felt comfortable here to stay alone for this trip.

I figured I wouldn’t need the bed spread that they don’t put on beds, but middle of the night I wanted it. It’s getting colder, put the comforters back in the room.

Friendly staff it was clean and decorated very nice We loved the location it's close by shopping and grocery stores & gas stations.

There was only 1 thing that needs to be checked more often is the bathtub drain the water was going down very slow so I check the drain it was caked with hair I got what I could but there was still some that I couldn't get out!!

The bed was way too stiff. I had a king size bed, but the padded sheet under the fitted sheet bunched up and was not smooth. The pillows got paper thin throughout the night, even though I had 5 of them. I actually ended up with a neck ache due to the poor quality of the pillows. Honestly the pillows are a deal breaker for me.
