Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Toledo South, OH

Breakfast was good. They have cooked eggs and bacon/ham for mornings then ofc your standard cereals with fresh milk and waffle makers. Staff were kind and helpful. They do have a “Inn Market” sodas and water are $2.00 they have microwave meals and chips and all that available too. Very close to good food and etc as well. We booked two separate rooms, and both are great with being cleaned and etc. the pricing for the rooms even after Taxes were great as well. They do book fast so be warned for that.

When I was checking out my hotel room, the door randomly opened and what I think was the Housekeeper tried coming in. I was nervous and a bit irritated after that. I have an almost 3 month old baby boy and myself in that room so that was scary. Also when you book you will be REQUIRED to put down $50 for a security deposit basically to make sure you don’t cause damages and if you do they won’t return that $50. Otherwise things were cleaned and great.

Friendly people keep positive talked, swimming,fresh air, breakfast was great and good eggs sausage bacon. More waffles are good .. housekeeping did very friendly to help. I'm johnny my Half Bro. Everything was pleasant and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and quick to get us checked in.

There were other occupants that were smoking marijuana in their room. The stench seeped through into the hallway. Our room was further down from theirs, so we had to pass by that room whenever we were entering/exiting our room. It's a very nauseating scent for me which is why we selected a non-smoking room, but I'm not sure if you're smoking and non smoking rooms are on the same floor.

The stay was exceptional as far as I am concerned, the facility is in a very good location off the freeway easy to find. It is is also in very good shape, so I was surprised when the Management told me that the hot tub was out of operation, something I love doing just because it's winter.

The stay would have been exceptional if the hot tub were working, but for some reason it was not working I was told that the Maintenance department didn't have a particular part to get it operational and this is what I was looking forward to getting into.

After reading some of the reviews we decided to stay here anyway. I must say we where not disappointed 😊 We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay. The girls at the front desk where extremely pleasant. They lady taking care of the breakfast was very nice also. Loved that the spa was open. We would stay again. 😊

There was a party with extremely loud music. But it was attended to promptly. The sink in bathroom drained slow. But other than that it was a fantastic stay overall. We where very pleased.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was bigger compared to other hotels including the bathroom. I really wanted to take a pillow home with me. Breakfast had the basics with a waffle bar. Good coffee. Staff was excellent with a greeting from every employee I walked by. I would want stay here again. The pulldown blackout shade was surprising and very good because it's built in to the window frame compared to others with a blackout curtain.

The only USB plugin for my phone was on the table by the window. It would be nice to have a lamp with built-in USB plug next to the bed though there were a very good number of sockets. I just didn't have an adapter with me. The Frosted Flakes was a bit stale. The blinds were dusty in the breakfast area.

I confirmed my reservation the night before and it was ok. Got a call a little before the checkin and was told they were over booked. I was VERY upset and troubled. They did work it out but disappointing. Also was there a way that I could have used my AARP discount. Please respond, that would have helped on bill!! Was also told I would rec the final bill by email, haven't. Is it possible to get one from you. buckeyebev@aol.com

The hotel was well kept for being in the middle of renovations. Nothing interfered with our stay and everything was perfect. Renovated guest room was great! Breakfast was also very good!

Had an issue with the reservation which the staff said was not in their system. According to the evening attendant it would fall back on Booking.com. Slightly inconvenient for us checking in late and being in town for a funeral.

The staff was amicable. The room was very comfortable, best bathroom, bed, and pillows I've encountered outside of my own. I thought the breakfast was perfect and the check-in/out process was seamless. I also liked the shower and together amenities.

Nothing comes to mind. I was there less than 24 hours but it meant a lot to have a very nice place to stay in the middle of our trip. I would come back in the future when I visit my son at college.

Great location, easy to get on highway and find food and shopping. Lovely stay!

AC unit was very loud and kept turning on and off during my stay. Was difficult to sleep. Even after turning ours off I was able to hear other rooms units doing the same. Pool towels were often low or not available.
