Very clean and very comfortable . Rae at check In was amazing z. She was friendly and extremely helpful . . She was the perfect person to greet us and make us feel very comfortable. In the morning my influence service was wonderful. She was accommodating and very happy. The employees were over the top with kindness and hospitality. Thank you for employing such valuable people

Cramped room Refrigerator down low to the floor inside a cubby with a door. Hard to get to. Very inconvenient. Only 2 plugs by the bed we needed more for a c-pap and fan. Had to go buy a 3-way because the hotel didn't have a solution for us

Rooms were very comfortable, loved the bathroom barn door slide, so cool! Pillows were heavenly!! Great place to stay! Staff was super polite!!

Outside the rooms… the hallways were way too hot! Very uncomfortable heat just leaving the rooms to move throughout the hotel! Aside from that, we loved it there!

At first the breakfast was picked over (8am) but my spouse went back down (10 am) and it had been replenished. He was able to enjoy breakfast. I liked the 24 hour access to hot coffee, tea and chocolate. We were in and out and it was brutally cold. Those amenities helped a lot and were appreciated. I also loved the cleanliness. And as we were getting on the elevator, associates were working together to clean other rooms. I could see them wiping stuff done which is great especially in light of covid.

The parking was very limited. And due to the snow and ice parts of the parking lot and sidewalk was slippery. I thought it would have been shoveled and salted.

Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly, located near tons of shopping and restaurants.

Breakfast was good but rushed. We showed up around 9:40 and the breakfast was pretty out away. Your server I could tell was doing the best she could. Just wish we would have a chance at last call. Haha

The remote would not work in the room, and we had problems getting on Wi-Fi.

The bed was comfortable. The room amenities were excellent. We appreciated the added amenities of mouthwash, cotton swaps, and nail file. We also thought the breakfast was amazing! last but not least, all of the staff was friendly (from those that clean rooms, to those that provided breakfast, and checked us in).

The lay out of the room was not good. It was terrible I o have a bed within inches of the bathroom, and a curtain instead of a closet to hang clothes.

It was a quiet hotel. Room was decent sized. Not a whole lot to say considering it was a one night stay. Security guards made it feel like I was at Fort Knox.

The bed was extremely hard, I would of been better sleeping on the floor. Again security guards made me feel uncomfortable, like I'd be arrested for just talking.

The room was clean and lovely. The staff was great assisting my needs. Great location for food and stores.

Although the barn door style is beautiful, not ideal for the bathroom with no lock or sturdy closure for a family.

very comfortable room, everything checked all of the boxes in what you should expect for your stay.the pool and hot tub were very relaxing.

maybe some other fresh fruit options at breakfast other than the bananas. possibly some melons and berries.
