Quality Inn

This is an incredible value! Larger than average room, plenty of storage, comfortable beds, good fridge and freezer, large TV, lots of towels and pillows. Everything in our room was very clean. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was the best ever! Totally present, responsive, (she had already accommodated request for first floor room), even remembered my name from our reservation. Never had a front desk person as sharp as her.

Breakfast could have been better, but it was about average for a free breakfast. A couple of the drink dispensers weren't working. I usually travel with my own healthy food for breakfast so this didn't effect me.

The breakfast was just OK, but at least they had food. During this trip most of the hotels offered nothing for breakfast, even though their website says breakfast included. Darn Covid! The person that checked me in suggested I park my motorcycle under their canopy. That was very thoughtful and welcome. My room was much bigger than the ones you get at other budget motels. The TV was much bigger than usual and the wi-fi was great. They had coffee makers in the room, but they also had 24 hour coffee in the breakfast area.

Not really hotels fault, but smokers always smoke by the front doors forcing you to walk past them.

During my stay at the comfort inn I was very shocked. By the looks on the outside it did not look like it would have been the cleanest stay, but it was! Although my stay was short I would definitely recommend this hotel for short stays!

All in all there was not much to my dislike. There were a few stains on the lamps and our TV screen looked like someone got angry and threw a remote at it.

Staff were kind and attentive and made us feel very welcome. We were on motorcycles and they suggested we park under the entrance so their security could keep an eye on them. Hotel was clean, good breakfast. Very nice!!

the staff was very kind and attentive, the room was beautiful, we had the jacuzzi suite for the weekend and the tub was very clean. the carpet was soft and clean, the furniture all matched and was shiny and clean , the tv was very nice and i loved the microwave/refrigerator area, it wasnt in the main part of the room which made the room look more cozy the toilet and shower were very clean, even under and behind toilet was sparkling clean. the mirrors were streak free and clean, being an RN , im picky about cleanliness and the room was perfect. it smelled fresh and clean and not over powered by cleaner smell, easy access to vending machines and ice, the breakfast was typical, quality yogurt, good coffee, muffins , all around pleasurable stay. Thank you!

very friendly lady on the desk. We had a problem with our key and she sorted it right out for us ! Clean rooms. Great place to stay .

Breakfast could have been better but I like that it was a nice big room.

Check in was simple. Used booking.com and got a great rate. There is a Wafflehouse next door which is convenient if you wanted a hot breakfast. We were fine with the continental breakfast (cereal coffee and muffins) offered by Comfort Inn. Just a quick bite before getting back on the road.

Front desk staff is as very kind and helpful. he got us checked in quickly and also assisted with finding some restaurants for dinner since we arrived around 9:00pm. Room was clean and a nice size with some upgrades to it. The location was nice as it was only 2 miles from a busy exit with a lot of food options.

The bathroom was nicely remodeled. Free breakfast was good. The hotel was clean.
