Great hotel. Staff were amazing and breakfast was awesome. The pool was super clean.

Only paid wifi works for streaming (like Netflix) and we couldn’t get the free wifi to work - though this might have been an oversight on my end when booking. Pool was also very very chlorinated, which is great for cleanliness but

Beds were very comfortable! Room was spacious and clean. Liked having a fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was good and had several offerings.

A little bit of a mix up with our stay, but that's because we opted to stay one more night than our original booking. Got things straightened out in a short time.

The lady who put the coffee and breakfast out on Sunday, September 4, 2022. I saw an elderly lady spill her breakfast on the floor. The cook/server ran to her to help her and comfort her. She told the lady not to worry, and quickly helped her and cleaned up the mess. What an incredible and awesome employee you have. You better keep her. She is AWESOME!

Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. I loved that there was a night light in the bathroom! The furnishings were nice as well as the bathroom layout.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom. it would’ve been nice to have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for makeup applications

The room was great and clean. Breakfast is available from 6am - 10am. It looked like it covered all the basic breakfast items. We enjoyed the Steak house right next door and Taco Bell across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to downtown Cleveland. The issues were just minor. Our stay was fun and we had a great time.

We arrived late and it was no problem. It took some time until the computer cooperated. There could be brighter light in the room. It was hard to do certain things without enough light. Breakfast: Sausages didn't taste good. Coffee was good. I brought my own lactose free milk. Unfortunately I have some food restrictions (dairy, gluten, egg), so there was not really a lot to eat for me. I know a lot of people with issues like this and this would be an awesome upgrade to offer some glutenfree/dairyfree choices. We came back late Saturday night. NO parking available in front or back. We squeezed in between a truck and the dumpster. Unfortunately Steakhouse and Taco Bell close at EIGHT!!! 8pm every day.

The location was very good with plenty of nearby restaurants. The continental breakfast was very good; not the best, but on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a solid eight.

They can empty their outside trash cans once in a while. We have stayed there a couple of times and that seems to be a recurring problem.

The breakfast was very good. The desk personnel was wonderful especially Michelle, and she explained everything to us, also maintenance had to bring new bulb to our room & he was super friendly & happy. Also the girl setting up the breakfast was wonderful & offered to take our group picture. Everyone that worked there was so happy & friendly.

The room could have used more &better lighting.

Convenient to many great places to eat. About a 15 minute, easy drive to MGM Northfield. Staff is very friendly. Our room was clean. The room across the hall has a small dog and we couldn’t hear it in our room. Lobby is clean. Outside is also kept well. We didn’t eat breakfast.

I loved the blackout screens on the windows. The cleanliness of the room. And tasteful and inviting decor of the room.

The tub was overly calcified making it appear unclean. To pull the shower curtin back and see it was disappointing. The cleaning staff needs to clean the tubs with a de-limeing product periodically. Other than the bathtub, the bathroom would have been exceptionally clean. One other inconvenience was only one USB Outlet between two double beds.

great breakfast, pleasant/helpful staff, close parking, hot water, easy check-in and out (no problems with reservation and late check-in request)

No exhaust fan in bathroom, luggage carts hard to find when leaving, insufficient soundproofing (heard some private "activity" in neighboring room, although it didn't last too long, so ...)
