Cleveland Marriott East

Everything was great! There are 4 or 5 restaurants within walking distance. And a small shopping center also within walking distance. I will stay here again if I need to make any more trips to the Cleveland Clinic.

We had to ask for more towels the next day with 4 of us being in the room it was only set for 2 people in a double bed room. On the last day of our stay I found something and reported it to the front desk I am still waiting on a reply to it they took my information.

Comfortable hotel on all levels. Room, bed, bedding and shower all excellent. Modern decor and a restaurant for breakfast & Starbucks on site. Nothing to fault!

Staff, felt safe, parking, and the shower was excellent. Love the hot water and the water pressure!

I personally didn’t have the time to use the facilities due to my own scheduling.

Have stayed at various hotels in the area and this is by far the best; paid more but more pleasant stay than others. Didn't get to use the health club, but looked like it had plenty of equipment.

Nice stay, but a little more expensive than what I pay at other hotels. Will stay here on occasion, based on my budget.

The rooms are modern and the facility has a great location for our annual visit to Beechwood.

I found several peices of hair on the toilet sest and in the shower. I felt like I had to use disinfectant wipes to reclean the toilet. The coffee condiments were not stocked up adequately. IT WAS NOT HORRIBLE, JUST A LITTLE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.

Staffs were kind and professional to help me do things.

Self landry machine was just one. Should be more of course not necessary to be free of charge.

It’s nice having a bar area so you can have a drink knowing you’re not driving home.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. Paid alot of money for a cold buffet of food

Breakfast was nice. Love the bathrooms, very nice! I appreciate there is room for semi trucks and you allow them!!!! Love noon checkout time!

No microwaves in rooms! There was only one elevator working hated the wait holding bags/food.

The hotel is in a wonderful location next to several shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Depending on your room, you might even get a pretty good view.

The internet was not complementary, you have to pay for it at about $8 per day, or $13 per day if you wanted high quality internet for streaming. Also, in the room I stayed, there weren't a lot of places to hang up towels.

Quiet, clean hotel. There were other guests there, but could not hear them unless passing by my door. Shower was clean and water was hot-nice steady stream.
