Everyone was so friendly . Needed extra towels, pillows, bedding , lotion was given without a problem. Arrived early and let us swim while waiting for our room . Happy Hour food was wonderful !... WOW!... gave us complimentary drink from the bar... even though we did not use the coupon... was a nice thought... nice full breakfast with many options... several people worked food area and all were nice, friendly and seemed to love their job (as well as the other employees that we came in contact with ). The pool was nice, just the right temperature, hot tub was sooo relaxing , the pool area clean and always plenty of towels . We looked out the window on the 7th floor by the elevator and seen two deer and a blue heron and couple wild turkeys so we checked every time ! You are doing a wonderful job ... KEEP IT UP !

I love the way that it was kid friendly they had a nice happy hour from 5:30 to 7:00 the bartender was great the night this person was wonderful she got me all the way together and the bartender she definitely was excellent I have to give all my credit to them too because they help me the whole entire night I was there

I didn't like that they did not have a open bar for us to purchase drinks or they did not have a restaurant inside the hotel will be more greater if they had a open bar in the restaurant inside so you won't have to leave out for anything

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. The television and Wifi service better than at most of the competitors. I also appreciated that there were numerous surveillance cameras outside monitoring the parking lots.

For anyone who may be a traveling patient at the Cleveland Clinic, there is a special discount rate if you book directly with the hotel. We weren't aware of this fact prior to this stay since I booked in advance and prepaid through another reservations site.

Better then expected, really enjoyed dinner/breakfast being included, the beds were amazing, the shower/bathroom was great. it was super quiet and in a safe area near lots of local flavors.

wish they would add variety too the restaurant. it was a lot of cheap, unhealthy, repeating items. they should leave an extra TP roll in the bathrooms. lastly the soda machine they advertise was down and we were forced to buy expensive drinks from the pantry instead. Deffinetly overpriced 5-7 dollars for a bottle of drink.

The breakfast and the evening reception was great. Multiple hot food items were present at both. There was also three adult beverages available during the evening reception. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and they changed my room assignment at my request to a room with a walk in shower. There are two restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. A large Whole Foods is across the street from the hotel.

The fabric chair in the room was too low and very uncomfortable. I have a mobility issue and it was extremely difficult to get up from the chair. Despite the lighting near the microwave and tiny refrigerator it was still dark in that area. The refrigerator was extremely small with no freezer and didn't keep items cold. You had to bend down to even see or get anything out of the refrigerator. We couldn't find any thermostat to make it colder.

Our 3rd visit to Cleveland using Drury - Beachwood. Great location, quiet, and friendly staff. Heads above anywhere else we've stayed short of taking out a loan to stay at. Clean facility with good AM & PM food options. Pet friendly. Hard to consider anywhere else!

Small complaint but elevator floors prone to puddle water from people using the indoor pool.... use caution going in and out.

The location is a few feet away from spit door shopping area, a great movie theater, restaurants, candle making shop, Whole Foods. It was clean staff were amazing, they offered complimentary snacks, breakfast, dinner and a drink too. They accommodated my late check out request, the rooms were big and nice, seemed sound proof, so nice and quiet ❤️ highly recommend it.

A healthier options for the complimentary dinner

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I arrived just as the popcorn was ready to eat. Very happy to be placed right by the elevator as my husband is disabled and didn't have to walk far. The room was comfortable a quiet. The walk in shower was a plus for my husband's safety. The staff was friendly, which is important to me because with my husband's disability he was exhausted from being at the clinic all day for testing, I was comfortable going to the pool and lobby alone.

I booked our room on line and there was nothing about a discount for Cleveland clinic. Had I known I would have booked my room for the next week while my husband was having surgery at Cleland Clinic. Instead I went to a less expensive Airbnb. Not a comfort zone for me as he will be in the hospital all week and I will be alone at the house.

The bonus was the continental breakfast and the dinner was excellent. The pool and other amenities was the icing on the cake. The location was in walking distance to the most fabulous restaurants, and shopping. Everything I have expressed was great, but Unique the front desk manager, and Erica, the housekeeping manager are the reason, I would return, they were exceptionally warm, inviting, kind, and the best at providing service that you just don’t receive anymore. Unique and Erica were so great I recommended Drury Inn and suites to my family members, and friends. I have been home one day and today I am booking a girls trip and we’re staying at Drury Inn and Suites.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Drury Inn and Suites. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooms had every amenity you could think of and the bed was very comfortable. The location of this hotel was perfect. It was within close proximity to a number of restaurants, gas stations and shopping venues. A big plus was that Drury Inn is pet friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Check in took a bit longer than expected but the woman checking me in was very pleasant and friendly.
