Breakfast offered a good variety. The location was great; very convenient. When considering all the different hotels I have stayed at; this hotel is in my top three picks of hotels to stay . at when taking personal time to visit friends and family. The staff was exceedingly accommodating with my disability needs, and that's not always the case.. I had so much room to move around in my wheelchair, and I didn't have to pay a huge amount for all these conveniences. As a matter of fact- I found the price to be a major factor in choosing this hotel. I am so glad to know that if I need to stay in this area; choosing a hotel is a given.

We stayed here for the Cleavland Air Show. ( 30 minutes away) Everything was exceptionally great! We had a King room, on the 4th floor. The towels were a great size, as well! The check in guy was absolutley wonderful! I was waiting until we arrived to transfer money over to the card I was using to pay for the room. They tried pre authorizing the payment that morning, and the money wasn't on there. I had called the hotel for another question as we were on our way there and thats when the gentleman explained what happened that morning, with the card being declined. ( as I was unaware of the transaction) ...at the end of the day, he did not let them cancel my room and i was able to stay when we got here, in the room we reserved. We ended up staying an extra night as well. The room was so spacious and nice! Clean! The housekeepers are wonderful as well! They keep the hotel and rooms exceptionally clean and work very hard! Great work ya'll! They also have a snack area, where you can purchase stuff from and have it charged to your room! This is great for someone needing a place last minute. ( we didnt use it because we brought our own stuff for the trip ).

There was no hot tub in the pool area. Pool was smaller than expected.

What can I say about the staff? They are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I've ever met. From the moment we walked in to when we checked out, they always had a smile on their face, were eager to help, and treated guests with respect. For that alone I will return to this hotel if I ever were in the Cleveland area again. Our family mainly came to visit the Cuyahoga Valley National Park; to which this hotel is very convenient. The location is also close to local commerce, making most needs easy to meet. The breakfast is, as usual, up to the lofty Hampton Inn standards (waffles!) The nice, heavy curtains helped us get good nights sleep, even though the hotel is in a more commercial area close to the interstate and so remains well-lit late into the night.

If I must say something negative, it is about the Ohio urban planning: the directions to arrive to the hotel is somewhat confusing due to the really bizarre way the local streets and the interstates cross. My first day of arrival I missed the exit three times (twice on the interstate, once on the local road), because of poor street signage. (But that is not at all the hotel's responsibility!)

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed all the options available to us. My wife even commented on the quality of breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The price and location of this hotel were just right. We were close to Cleveland and a lot of other local attractions. The front desk staff was very good.

There was a dog barking in a room next to ours. We reported it to the front desk. They apologized and offered to call the room next to ours to address the issue of the barking dog. Shortly after I contacted the front desk, the dog stopped barking. We really appreciated how the front desk handled this situation and we ended up having a good night of peaceful sleep.

Location convenient.

Starting to get old ( I have stayed there on and off for the past 3 years.) and the furniture is starting to get chipped. Room 220. The room also smelled initially of smelly feet until I blasted the fan for a little while. Also the breakfast use to be better. Staff did not keep up with the demand.

Breakfast was good. The room was spacious. The bathroom was very clean and updated. The location was convenient near major highway.

No need first thing in the morning in the breakfast room for everyone to listen and look at a very big screen TV with depressing news. Play some relaxing music instead, much better way to start the day.

Large spacious rooms, modern design, clean.

Walking into the hotel, we had to call the front desk attendant to her counter for help. When she helped us it was fine but not seeing a reason why she was not at the desk and we had to call for her. Hot hall ways and elevators. Creaky bed. Breakfast ends too soon. We are on vacation and for breakfast to end at nine is too early.

The hotel had the same great quality that I expect from an Hampton Inn. The location was very convenient off of the interstate and near my destination. The staff was really friend and welcoming which always makes it nice.

Location is easy to access I271. My room was close to door on the first floor and it was easy to walk my dog. They even had a dog waste station out front. Coffee was very good.

Hoped to have cookies in the lobby.

the property was very clean and nice!

even though I bring my own towels and blankets l, did use a towel for my hands. the only thing I would suggest that housekeeping come by and change our trash. they didn’t come at all during my 4 day stay. But other than everything was good.
