I definitely like the staff they are always nice and informative...I also like the amenities they are available on site. For the price it's really a good deal.

The room is great the bed is very firm and not much softness to it at all its a little harder to get a good night's rest in my opinion..a softer mattress would be great

I liked how polite and attentive the staff were. I also liked the location. Being that close to Pinecrest is definitely a plus!! Room and facility was very clean and I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

I didn't like the bed. It was a bit uncomfortable. No big deal, though. I've had worse.

How understanding the staff was, I loss my brother and I checked in through my sadness and they were very kind to let me check in early

The back entrance where my room was located couldn’t be accessed by key, it had to be propped or you had to walk all the way around to the front entrance.

I liked the room it was spacious. Room was clean and inside of the room was very peaceful. I loved the location! Visiting Pinecrest for fun and shopping was one of the highlights of my trip!! I plan to revisit soon!

Not enough towels in the room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Almost was injured in the elevator. Also,the double lamp in my room didn't work. I was given a handicap room even though I didn't request one. So,I felt a bit guilty because I'm not handicapped.

Safe location to stay. There are plenty of nice places to eat nearby and an outlet mall. It felt like home having plants in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lady of color (blue hair)who worked on Wednesday during check in was the nicest person! She got me a pillow when I asked and was very friendly

I think the room was comfortable for the most part. The bed was a little uncomfortable but it was ok. I was happy with the service provided by the front desk they we attentive and supplied me with items requested.

The room had some ceiling cracks from one side to the other that needed repair from leaks and the hand held bar located in shower had issues all around it. The manager was attentive to my issues and corrected the issues promptly.

The location is perfect for our Cleveland visits (casino) (hair salon) staff is always friendly and helpful 😀 rooms are always clean.

I like that the room was clean, u could smell the cleaning products which is a good thing. Loved the kitchen area and the floors was hardwood. Harwood is cleaner than carpet to me at these hotels.

Didn't like that there was not any ice machines.
