We liked the large room that was given to us to make up for the screw-up at the front desk.

When we checked in, the front desk said our reservation did NOT include a walk in shower. I made this reservation 3 months in advance to make sure that we had a walk in shower with a handicapped room, as I did with 2 other reservations, which were BOTH correct. I am sure this was reserved correctly!! Supposedly, we were given a larger room to make up for the problem, including a walk in shower. When we got to the room, we found out it was NOT handicapped. We managed anyway as we were tired and wanted to get in our room.

Free breakfast was ample and good quality, various foods, delicious. Toward the end it gets a bit dried out but it's served 6-10 am I think, 7-11 weekends so don't wait till the last minute like I did the first day. The room was spotless and thoughtfully appointed, even a dishwasher, with intricate window coverings to allow light while providing privacy. Free washers and dryers are available 24 hours in the gym.

My only major complaint is the design of the building. Instead of the elevator being in the middle of the structure as on every other building I've ever seen, this long building has its elevator all the way at one end, so it's a heck of a hike, about a city block it seems, to the rooms at the far end of the building as mine was. (The desk clerk warned me, but I wanted the higher floor.) I see no reason for this perverse and inconvenient layout. Also, you're on your own for taking out trash, but they don't tell you that. Staff is thin, room not cleaned during my one week stay.

Gym with free weights, possibility to wash clothes, fairly versatile breakfast, very handy shop that even had painkillers and contact lens solution, fresh coffee free of charge and friendly personnel.

The nearest grocery store was around one kilometer away from the hotel but it was kind of hard to get there since esplanades were narrow and close to driveways and cars splashed water to pedestrians when it was raining.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Every employee I encountered had a smile and was so nice! I loved the complimentary treats and Frisbees for the dogs. Room was very clean, spacious, great toiletries, comfortable bed.

Each morning breakfast was lacking and ran out of most items including the coffee. Had to grab breakfast elsewhere.

The breakfast was great. There were a lot of choices. I was looking for oatmeal and it was sausage gravy but that was okay because I had a delicious waffle with chocolate chips and pecans in it instead.

I did not like that there was not one pen or piece of paper in the room. I also did not like that Booking.com did not transfer my special needs. I have low vision and needed a room near the elevator. I requested that but Booking.com did not tell Home2 Suites. I had a room all the way down the hall AWAY from the elevator.

The breakfast was great and there was a lot of options that were all tasty. The room was clean and had a decent amount of space. The gym and pool had great hours so we could enjoy them at any time we wanted within reason.

The front desk staff seemed slightly unapproachable at first. Overall they were super nice and helpful though.

It was excellent and clean and quiet. I will try to get this hotel again in the near future. The only problem that I had was that I left my favorite blanket in the room when I left to come back home from out of town and I hope that they will keep it for me the next time I come

Breakfast was a good variety. All sorts of areas to sit. Outside benches and couches were nice. Very clean. Staff was exceptional.

The pool was not in service the whole time except the day before we left. It still did not look good so we did not use it

i made sure to let him know thatThe front desk person was very very rude to my wife ..he didnt know I was on the phone with her and letting her know to book an extra room.. he was very dismissive with her request and said theres nothinh he can do and he couldn't help her.. when I arrived suddenly they accommodated me.. very disappointed

It was a very nice hotel, super spacious room and the staff (Shay Toney) was AWESOME. She was very welcoming upon our arrival and during our in and out visits and attentive to our needs.
