Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Southeast-Streetsboro

We stay in Hampton Inns / similar when we drive between DC & Chicago at least once a year. We don't expect much, because it's just a place to rest our heads. The Streetsboro HI is super clean and the staff is very, very nice. It's a pleasant experience, and I appreciate that it's close to the highway, as well as a Starbucks, gas, etc., in a well-lit, safe area.

One of my kids has celiac, so road travel is challenging - fast food isn't an option and hotel breakfasts aren't either. It would be great to have a few wrapped, gluten-free breakfast things like muffins, etc., even if I had to pay extra. I usually just skip the breakfast and go somewhere like Walmart or a local grocery store to buy what we're going to eat for breakfast.

Location was mostly convenient. There was sheetz & walmart right across street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants nearby. Only time we ran into a problem was trying to get an Uber. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice, friendly staff.

Our first night, our hallway smelled so strong of a dirty diaper. It was there all day, but the next morning, it was finally taken care of. And we were grateful the smell didn't come into our room.

Well kept property inside and outside. Great location off of the interstate. Staff super friendly and helpful. Everyone from front desk to cleaning staf and breakfast staff. Rosemary helped me find everything I needed at breakfast. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. We had a one bedroom king suite. We traveled for business but I would definitely stay here again for pleasure. I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The property has been updated and is very clean. The staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast has several fresh items, unlike many hotels that still use Covid as an excuse to serve poor quality food wrapped in plastic. Rosemary does an excellent job of stocking and supervising the breakfast area.

Room was dimly lit, making it uncomfortable to read. Get a room that does not face the Sheetz gas station, as that side of the hotel is noisy.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The facility was clean. The entire hotel was quiet even though it was full. The location is perfect. Everything is nearby. The value was excellent. The woman who was at the breakfast Sunday morning was lovely and so personable.

BOOKED THRU BOOKING.COM. Feel that Booking.com was deceptive with respect to changes or cancellation. Booking.com insulates themselves from customer trying to resolve a problem. Left a bad taste for Hampton and booking.com. NEVER AGAIN!!

Everything was great! Clean and well maintained property with a comfortable bed. It was so quiet and peaceful I had a great night sleep, very good breakfast!

No bacon for breakfast, the only disappointment!

We were traveling through Ohio on our way to Washington, D.C. and chose to stay at this location. The staff were extremely friendly, the property was very clean, breakfast was great and the location conveniently off the Turnpike. Would recommend to others and stay again if we pass this way.

Breakfast was great, all I expected. Maybe could have had hash browns or bacon. The waffle maker is always a big hit. Thank you for fresh fruit

Later breakfast hours. Beds are so comfy it was hard not to sleep in for fear we'd miss breakfast.
