Very friendly hotel staff, starting with the manager Mr. Chita, very clean facilities with no cigarette smell, very fast wifi, in the office you can find coffee, juice and muffins for breakfast, located on a main road close to food pubs and Walmart, dollar tree, if you go by bus the bus route that goes from Akron is 31-32 and passes very close to the hotel.The room has refrigerator and microwave.

maybe you could put coffee makers in the rooms

Clean and perfect for a one night stay No breakfast or am coffee, but didn't expect all that for the price.

ice machine would have been nice...they say they are fixing it though

Perfect for what I needed , I have stayed in many Hotels over my career High end and low end . If your looking for the Hilton this is not , but if your your looking for quite and comfortable in a great location near stores restaurants and the exspessway than this is perfect a little dated but nice. PS the pillows are a little skimpy....lol

For the price, I expected much less. It was clean, no wierd smells, easy to get in and out, very good shower. The wifi did not work. It was not important enough for me to go to the desk though.

I loved the bathtub, and that there were a lot of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Was able to walk to get dinner, which was nice since I had been driving all day.

The wifi would not connect at night. There were no numbers on the phone to call the front desk, No attendant at check out. Just sleep slide your key under the window. Breakfast was packaged sweets and juice. I just walked to Dunkin

We saw no breakfast and were not even informed if it was even offered. We ate at Dunkin' next door, which was quite convenient. Also, being next door to Red Lobster also made it easier to go to dinner and just walk back. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. It looks as though good care is taken to provide a nice room. The bathroom looked to have been renovated recently. My husband was impressed at the number of channels on the television - many choices!

There was no Wi-Fi the night we were there. I mentioned it to the desk clerk, and he said he may have to reboot the router, but the Wi-Fi never came up. Also, our neighbors next door made a lot of noise when they came in at 2:00am, waking both of us up. They then kept up a conversation for about 30 minutes and it sounded like they were in our room. No lowered voices for them. I DID bang on the wall to let them know they were disturbing us. It stopped for a bit, but then began again. We ended up putting the AC fan up on high speed to drown them out.

Rooms were very clean and beds and linens comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet location. Dunkin donuts , McDonald's and red lobster within a short walking distance and gas station right across the road. If you are a smoker the rooms are non smoking but you can smoke outside the rooms and they have chairs and butt receptacles. Not a fancy establishment but clean and comfortable. Stayed 3 nights there July 2021 room 114.

We are early risers so coffee was not made early enough in the lobby.

Very nice room, everything was well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly, the motel is within walking distance of some restaurants.

It would be helpful to have a grab bar for the tub/shower. The hair dryer could have a better attachment to the wall.

The facility was conveniently located near our event and suited or needs for the night. The clerk was helpful getting us moved into a double room since I messed up and booked a single. They provided some light refreshments and food in the morning after checkout.

Although it was clean there is a lingering smell of smoking from the decades before. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear the neighbors tv throughout the evening. All in all it was not bad, nothing a little fabreeze couldn’t fix.

Everything. I did not eat breakfast (just because I slept through it) but the rooms were great, staff was friendly, and the price to stay was less than I expected for such a nice room. If the concert is at the Reformatory next year, we will probably stay here again.

We did have to get new sheets. Two blankets and one pillow cover may have just been stained, but we couldn’t tell if they were washed or not. Staff did however immediately replace them with fresh ones!
