The front desk staff are wonderful. You can tell they truly want to make their guests happy. The room was comfortable, and did have a fridge and microwave (it wasn’t in the description). A pleasant surprise. Pool area is nice, with lifts at both the pool and the whirlpool for wheelchair users. Breakfast was very good. Nice stay. I will be back.

Get there well before breakfast ends, because the breakfast guy is very strict. I came just before closing. He told me I was late, and he had already shut down the waffle maker. A hair in shower wasn’t mine. The wonderfully huge bath towels weren’t replaced.

I did not eat breakfast. I did end up staying 2 nights. Location was great as it was 30 mins away from Cleveland Clinic which is where I need to be. I have stayed many times at hotels near the clinic but the prices for rooms there, parking, food and things to do and the safety concerns I have for that area at night is why I choose to stay in this area. So much more to do. Great shopping area, Tons of restaurants, Casinos r close. I felt safe. And I was very surprised that this hotel was very clean and the bedding was beautiful, soft and clean. My family and I have traveled and stayed at many higher end hotels in last 3 years since Covid and I've had to complain about the rooms being dirty, dusty, not clean fro. Prior guest, bugs and so on this room when I walked in to this hotel shocked me, no dust, carpets were clean, pictures on walls are clean. (I did find a few pieces of candy in between matress and box spring but very minor compare to other places) the bathroom has your normal ware and tear. There are some wear and tear on a few areas on the walls but it looks like they are in process of fixing them. This is definitely a hotel that they keep clean, take pride in and keep up on.

We had a wonderful stay. Checking in was amazing. My family had rooms next to each other, which was so thoughtful of the gentleman checking us in. The rooms were clean and neat. The staff and overall stay was absolutely fantastic. We will be back and we highly recommend staying here.

I would recommend more variety on breakfast foods. Such as adding bacon, sausage, hashbrown to change up the breakfast. Verses scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy each day.

The staffs and facility was nice, the breakfast was pretty good, the price we paid for a week stay was pretty great, also the neighborhood the Inn is located in was excellent, they fulfilled our needs pretty good, definitely will return again. Staffs were super nice and accommodating. A plus for services.

The pool area, laundry could use some updates, the bathroom was good but could be better if they put more than a roll of toilet paper in it, , the hardwood flooring was a good thing but the edges of the tub definitely needs a little scrubbing. Also the hall way had a strong smell but with the door closed you won't even notice it until you exit the room.

The staff was extremely friendly. Check in was very easy and the location is great. We attended a show at the MGM Northfield and the hotel was only 10mins away. The room was clean the bathroom was clean. There was some dirt on the baseboards of the bathroom but, overall clean. The room came with a small refrigerator which was great for us to keep our water in. The free breakfast in the morning was amazing. I have never had a hotel offer sausage biscuits and gravy! Overall I would definitely stay again.

The room didn't have any overhead lighting which was a little frustrating as the lamp by the bed didn't offer alot of light to read by.

That was our second stay here for one night. It was way more pleasant than the previous one. The room was clean (in contrast to the previous stay) and well prepared for our stay. The elevator still needs an update. From this location it's really close to the National Park.

Hard to say, the price was good...Don't have high expectations for breakfast. I only wish they had more water fountains to fill bottles

The price for the room is cheap. we stayed there for one night and it was peaceful. Check it was without any problems.

During our first stay the room was not cleaned - at the corners of the bathroom there was a thick layer of dust and human hair. The elevator needs an update. The drawer in one of our closets was broken and we were not able to close it. The station for ironing clothes was stained.

The people with whom I was in communication were very nice and helpful. They provided all the things I would have needed, e.g. extra towels, room keys, etc. The room was clean and the building smelled very fragrant! Unfortunately I was not able to try their breakfast as we got up later than the end of the breakfast time.

Only to my liking I could have used a better mattress, as I don't do well with memory foam type mattresses, but that is a specific preference and I could not expect the management to accommodate. The fan in the bathroom could have been operational, but not being operational didn't bother me enough to complain. Not much to complain about.

Recommend adding more meat to the breakfast such as bacon, sausage and adding some hashbrowns.

Excellent value. Surprisingly roomy facility for the price. We were pleasantly surprised; we were just stopping enroute towards home. It turned out to be a better room and much better deal than the previous 3 nights in a high end hotel!

Size of the room. Decor and cleanliness. I would highly recommend this place. Family friendly and excellent for business travellers.
