The property was absolutely beautiful with a ton of beautiful flowers. The property was clean, and well maintained. There was one staff member that stood out but I can’t remember her name. She was at the front desk and did the breakfast on the weekend. She accommodated me and my family very well and I’ll return for that reason alone.

There was an woman attendant at the front desk that was very unprofessional, hollering and cursing talking about a staff member. The lady that did the breakfast during the week was not nice. I also didn’t like that that for the amount of time I was there I did not get room service. I did however get clean wash towels.

We had to arrive late, so location was convenient to the highway. Pretty, well-kept plants outside the front made it look welcoming. Breakfast was hot and fresh and plentiful. Staff was pleasant and helpful; they addressed the situation of a yappy little dog someone had sneaked in. Didn't hear it the rest of our stay.

The curtain rod doesn't go all the way across the window, so we couldn't close the heavy drapes. We had to use a big safety pin to close them enough to block out the huge pole light shining directly at us, so we could sleep.

We enjoyed the breakfast selections. The hotel is in a very convenient location to the highway, shops and other destinations of interest. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant

The electrical outlets on one wall did not work. The ones near the bed on the opposite wall were very loose fitting and the CPAP/phone chargers kept falling out.

I liked breakfast in the morning, the rooms were nice and the staff were great!

The key cards deactivated twice while we were there, even when I kept them separate from my phone and credit cards. The breakfast could have been changed so it wasn't the same thing everyday but it was free and good!!!

I loved how the outside was decorated with plants and flowers and comfortable places to sit.

The pillows were too small and maybe should have added a few more to make up for it or had bigger pillows

we have stayed here several times it’s very convenient to the highway and the casinos

The property definitely needs some updating - I still follow pre-Covid. also when we checked and we had to wait 20 minutes before somebody could come to the desk, I understand they are shortstaffed.

We liked the breakfast, and the lady working in the area was really helpful and a hard worker! Food was pretty good

Foreigner worker front desk was difficult to communicate with . Ice machine on our floor was out of order

The front garden is beautiful! The room was reasonably clean, and the pillows were amazing! Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options!

We were double charged for the stay.

Breakfast was great . Very good selection.

Everything was very good on our stop over to Maine. If we were going that way again would definitely stay. Also recommend to others.

Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Staff throughout were very friendly and helpful. Price was ok but not a steal. We got a MUCH, MUCH nicer room in Pittsburgh using Hotwire for the same price. This room was fine for a one night stay.

Price for the room and area wasn't great.
