Staff were very friendly, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, rooms were a perfect size for my spouse and I, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Great location near JCU. Loved the Legacy Village outlet. Nice homey space. Staff allowed our large group to meet downstairs which was much appreciated. Loved the rooms.

The breakfast was cold only as staff members responsible for setting it up did not show up to work on time. Didn't like that it was pet-friendly, but it never posed a problem. The Lobby area was not kept clean. Was hoping for a hot tub in the pool area. Also a microwave would be appreciated.

The facility was up to date, the gym was a good size and able to keep it a cool temp. I was able to get the housekeeping items needed to avoid daily room cleaning. The staff were accomodating and I was happy to have bar service. Lastly, the location is perfect!!!

The rooms were a bit small and the bed and linens were not fantastic. The pillows were small and lumpy and the mattress was not the softest as I have experienced in other hotels.

I picked Hyatt Place cause I trust Hyatt and I knew that I will get a proper service there. I was going to spend 4 days after my surgery at this hotel but wasn't sure if my bed was comfortable enough to be in it for such a long time, and manager of the hotel bought a memory foam topper, extra blanket and arranged my bed so I could arrive to hotel after surgery and feel amazing. I truly appreciate this caring act cause it meant a lot to me. All my needs and expectations were high and the hotel did a good job. And Bob was always there for me. Very caring stuff and location is just perfect.

I think breakfast could be better.

room layout with sofa corner, comfortable beds, shower design great for elderly mom, quiet at night, lobby with lots of different seating, helpful and friendly staff that went above and beyond—even filled out water bottles in the kitchen!

Breakfast was very nice

Pool was awfully small, and cold. Also, there's no place to change but it says that you should not go through building in wet swimsuit. I had to do so!

The floor to ceiling window was a pleasant surprise. It would be more useful, however, if the window shade could cover the bottom without covering the top of the window.

Maybe I missed it but it would be much more convenient if there were direct access between the parking garage and the hotel -- no going outside.

The location to Legacy Village was amazing! I was staying overnight due to an early morning procedure at Cleveland Clinic and the room was very comfortable. The size was nice and the bed was very comfy. Would definitely recommend as well as stay again

everything was fine. No complaints about the physical property. However, the free breakfast was below average. I’ve had much better free breakfast foods at the Hampton Inn in Beachwood/Orange.
