The room was very nice, i love the remodel and the new flooring is much better! The staff were very sweet at checkin, and even more when I had a problem with my door locking. I had to go out for a bit and the door would not lock from the outside. I didnt want to move rooms the room was so nice and they went out of the way to save it for me. The girl I think Brandy came around and tried the door herself, and also showed me another room, i just didnt want to move my room was so nice much better than the other available room, i needed to be downstairs due to a foot injury, so she watched my room on camera for almost an hour till i got back! I was having a bad day because i couldnt move in to the new apartment and they made it as smooth as they could, the only thing was i missed my dog. other than that they were wonderful! and again my room was so nice!!

Nice, clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price. There had been reviews about the place having rough looking rooms and being noisy. In our experience it was fine.

The floor seemed to be slightly sticky. Not sure why. It appeared clean and was only slightly sticky so no big problem.

It was conveniently located 10 minutes from an event I attended

Although the bathtub, toilet, sink and beds were fine, the floor was dirty, the walls were stained, the baseboards trim was dirty and sloppily painted. If you ever got the last leftover room, this was it.

The owner is so good . It's a nice place to spend the evening . Eating places are near a beautiful location in the middle of Xenia

Tv remote was hard to operate at times. Air conditioner was very loud.

I like that the property was well lite. There was enough parking. It was clean. The staff was nice and polite.

Extra charge for dog, that I didn’t know off. No housekeeping for my total stay. My coffee maker didn’t work the first morning. Their staff did come to the room to check it out, and said I would get one later. He did come back in a hour or so and had a new one. Took my broken one with him and the coffee pad with him. I tried to put the extra coffee in it and the whole thing ripped. So no coffee. When I returned to the room in the evening, I went to the office to get some coffee pads to use the next morning. I had to tell him several times my room number. He offered me 1 and I had to ask for another one. Again, my room number. I didn’t like how the office was set up. You could not go in, but had to talk through a window. It was cold out and would of been better to do this inside. When I got there I was told there was no first floor rooms. I told him I can’t do a second floor room. All of sudden he did have a first floor room. It was a nice room and a did tell him about having a dog. So now I couldn’t have that room, but another first floor came available(AMAZING). The room was nice, but didn’t have carpeting. No big deal. I felt a bit upset with being asked my room number all the time. Just to make a note. I had requested a first floor room when I made my reservation and was told no problem. Just to say I did stay three nights.

Carpet around Furniture not clean. Toilet Bowl Lid does not match rest of unit. Took Two Days to have a Light Bulb replace. NO Bars of Soap. Regular Towels. Very Little absorbent. On line pictures were not on the ROOM I stayed.
