The bed was comfy and the ladies that work the front desk are wonderful! Spoke with day shift lady on the phone and she was super helpful and kind! Checked in and out with night shift lady and she was also super helpful and kind! The shower had great water pressure!
The only “complaint” would be my husband said the shower head was too low.

The front desk worker, her name was cat. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She also apologized to me for the rude house keeper.
There was a house keeper that could not speak a drop of English and she was extremely rude.

Beds were comfortable, loved the pillows.
Only thing we didn't like was finding an old stiff towel hanging on the bathroom door. And our tv remote didn't work so we had to leave the channel the same but not a huge problem because we weren't there the whole time to watch tv.
