Breakfast was good, clean, pleasant staff. Room large enough. Soft water in shower, kitchenette & desk nice. As a non-work traveler, desk not essential.

Fitted king bed sheet had weird stain on it. Called front desk to request another set of sheets. Front desk brought up set, but was full sized, maybe to fit the sofa bed in our room? We covered stain with the fitted full sheet & didn’t call again. Lowest toilet, like child height. Grab bar would have been helpful since a wall & corner are in front of it, head hitting possible. No towel bars close to sink/shower. The esthetics seemed more important than practical layout.

Room was nice and clean. Staff were so nice. Location was relative to all our plans. Abuelos was directly across the street with amazing food and staff! Gym was nicely equipped and pool was just big enough for our little one to enjoy. We travel often and this has become our new favorite place to stay.

Only reason score was lower on comfort us due to pullout was not too comfy and temp of room was difficult to control at night, but not unbearable.

The room was wonderful. A ton of room! The layout of the room and bathroom was very well thought out. We felt like we all had plenty of room and not on top of one another. Very impressive.

Pool area was under whelming. We were really excited to go for a swim especially after seeing the lobby, the front fire pit and our beautiful room. Also thought the breakfast could be better. The eggs were terrible!!!

My husband said the breakfast was fair. The location was amazing, close to any eating establishment you might dream up. It was also close to ORU Mabee Center which was our trip's destination. The room was comfortable and clean with updated decor.

My husband was super frustrated that our key cards did not work getting us in the building 3 times. Each time he had to walk around the building from where we parked to the front desk while I waited at the back door with all of our things, just so they could fix the key card again to get in the building. I was also waiting by another man whose key card did not work as well.

I LOVED that the breakfast was still taking extra precautions because of COVID--individually wrapped bagels, muffins, etc. I felt much safer here than most of the places I went. It's also a good slightly out-of-the-way location for someone with a car who wants to visit/commute to Tulsa. ALSO, the tub had jets, which was heaven.

The room setup was a little odd--the TV wasn't directly in front of either the couch or the bed, and it wasn't movable, so watching was a bit hard on the neck.

The hotel was easy to get to access with food and a Target close by if you are in need. The room was spacious and parking was never a problem even though the hotel seemed full.

The housekeeping department never came by to clean our room/ supply new towels. We purposely left in hopes that they would come during the early afternoon. The room was a suite and only supplied 3 towels, a pillow was needed for the sofa sleeper and imo should have been in the room.

The breakfast was decent. The bathroom was nice and clean. We did get the highest floor as we requested. It smelled fresh as we entered the building. It was close to several restaurants.

The bed and pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a flashing light in what I think was the smoke alarm. It woke me up several times throughout the night. We were up and left much earlier than we had planned because of that annoying light. The desk had sliding doors that would rattle with every move.

Location was great. Staff was welcoming and professional. I felt safe at night. Breakfast was very good.

Shower pressure was awful and hot water was lukewarm. The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were too firm. We could hear a very loud family next door late into the night. (not the hotels' fault) We paid 440.00 for 2 nights and had we have booked directly it would have saved us over 100.00 dollars. I will not be using Booking.com any more.

They were great about accommodating and very nice!

The pool, the chlorine was so strong it was burning our eyes . When we brought it to the attention of the staff, and asked if we could open a door they told us no. Our kids all have asthma and weren't able to swim our whole stay. The pool was the main reason we booked this hotel.

Place was a really nice hotel and in a good location.

There was some construction on one side of the building which created some noise in the room. Another thing was a housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:15. Checking for vacancy. Be sure and put do not disturb sign on the door if you don't want them knocking
