Breakfast was fantastic with great selections that included hot food (e.g. omelettes, pancakes, bacon, and sausage) fresh fruit, muffins, and hot and cold cereals! The pool is huge with lap lanes and a big open swimming area, and the fitness room was clean, roomy, and well maintained. Overall the conference center was clean and nicely kept. The outdoor walking track was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the conference center was A+ terrific!

The "Premium King" room was cramped - too small for two people but would be suitable for a single guest. Almost no room for suitcases, hanging up clothes, hanging damp towels, etc. Tubes of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that were supplied in the room were tiny and inadequate for two people for even 2 nights. No maid service for replenishing toiletries or replacing wet towels. No microwave. The room did not feel "premium." Also, the building was under construction from storm damage with areas roped off and equipment everywhere outside - and apparently it has been like this for over 6 months! C'mon, let's get those broken windows replaced, guys!

The room was clean, bed comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was awesome. They will freshly prepare omlets, waffles, pancakes etc... and then you have a buffet with fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage and more. The amenities are great. Each day I would go relax by the pool and read my book and each night I sat in one of the 2 giant hot tubs. It was a great relaxing trip. I have already booked NCED for my next stay in Norman.

We were looking for an outdoor pool and boy, did we find an amazing one! Breakfast was also excellent, but it was truly the friendly staff that made the most difference in our stay. The desk clerk walked us nearly to our room, the breakfast host and table clearing folks were the best--friendly, but were very intuitive about how much conversation we wanted to engage in. (Lots, apparently. ha)

Room a bit small, and that's looking for a gripe.

Super friendly staff at check in and out as well as they will ring up the store purchases when no one is in the store. They have a great little store that they make Starbucks coffee in the morning and have snacks and drinks and quick foods as well as toiletries and OU merchandise. We didn't get a chance to try the bar or the breakfast on this trip, but it has been great in the past. Comfortable beds and there is plenty of room in the Premium Suite.

The coffee left in the room was mainly decaf and only one regular coffee pod was provided nor did the ladies cleaning the room have any regular coffee on their carts - only decaf. The housekeepers knocked on my door early Sunday morning despite the Do Not Disturb sign but apologized and said the list said we were already checked out even though we weren't leaving until check out time. The bathroom could use another towel rack as there is only one, and I am not crazy about the new toiletries that are being used. The shampoo didn't lather and it was an off brand I have never seen before plus they were super small.

We loved all the amenities. The pool and gym were great! We loved the little billiard area, we utilized this alot! And food was good in the bar area.

I would have loved if the breakfast was included in our room or there was a single plate option to purchase. I could never eat $16 worth of food for breakfast. I booked through an outside site not realizing that the breakfast was not included so it was extremely disappointed

Amenities were amazing! Check in was good but keys didn't work. Had to go all the way back down from the 6th floor. Used phone by elevator but was told I would have to come down. It happens all the time... Morning manager was great and let us have a bit of a late check-out so the kids could swim. Beautiful pool!

The fact that my key didn't work. My son had the same issue. I was told it happens all of the time.

Room was nice, since we were two females, it was nice each having our own bathroom.

When we booked, the photo showed a keurig coffee maker in the room, so we both brought our K-cups. Sadly our room did not have a keurig. Also everyday we had problems with our room keys working. On one day we came back to our room at 5pm to shower and housekeeping had never showed up. We called for clean towels and 30 minutes later we had to call again and ask for some towels.

We had a block of Premier King Suites for my daughters graduation. The rooms were very nicely appointed, spacious, and clean. Big windows with great views in the bedroom and sitting room. Also even though it's not listed under amenities, there was a mini fridge and a microwave in each of these rooms. Bathroom was ultra modern, ample counter space and plenty of clean towels. Even though we had to pay extra for breakfast, it was WORTH IT!! A huge spread of literally everything you could want fresh and hot. Huge variety of fruits, granola, and yogurts. Eggs, bacon, grits, oatmeal, sausage, pancakes, juice and very hot coffee (careful, you will need 2 cups for insulation purposes).

The friendliness at the desk, pool and restaurant were fantastic. The breakfast choices were amazing after COVID bag breakfasts! The size and cleanliness of the pool was wonderful.the fluffy white and yellow towels were appreciated. It was very quiet.

The matress was not comfortable, there was no couch or alternate sleep surface for my daughter. The closet door is very tricky. We didn't know the other bank of elevators could shield us from walking past the bar in our swimsuits. The AC blows right at our faces while sleeping- waking you up with every blast.

The location is great in proximity to OU. Rooms are clean. Building and facilities are well maintained.

We have stayed in the updated rooms during some stays and others, like this stay, we got a room that was not updated. There is a huge difference between the layout in the two rooms. Wish they would update all of them. Also, the walls seem to be made out of paper as you can hear everything from room to room and in the hallway.
