The location was excellent. We parked in one spot across from the hotel,the whole weekend. We rode scooters and walked everywhere. They are 6 min from the new ferris wheel that you can ride on

There wasn't really anything bad. If I had to pick , it was a little crazy at breakfast they kept running out of plates. But that to be expected with all the people there eating. As soon as I told them no plates the went very quickly and found some for us

The breakfast offered at the hotel was wonderful! The fitness room had a good amount of equipment and the place was very clean.

The hotel breakfast on weekdays is only until 9am. We were able to make it however heard several conversations amongst others unhappy with the time, which I agree with. What is one more hour of breakfast? It needs to be extended until 10am and kept the same on all days.

The room was very spacious. The shower pressure and size of shower was incredible. Since we stayed 7 days we got free Valet parking which was very convenient since the valet lot was right across the street from the hotel and we never waited long for our car. The valet staff was also very nice. Reception was also very nice and accommodating with requests we had. The location of the hotel is great too-in Bricktown but can walk/drive to the other districts within downtown OKC for sights, shopping, and meals.

Location was good. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable.

Wish the pool was outside. Better breakfast. Hot dishes were cold. Actual door on bathrooms not a slider. Didn’t like having to pay so much for valet. Next time will try to park on street. Also we were supposed to be tax exempt and the front clerk didn’t take the tax amount off even though they took the information off our tax exempt card.

The beds were very comfortable and a lot of room for a hotel room. Location was easy to get to and a great location where we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived about an hour after check-in. We were told it would be approximately 20 minutes so we parked and waited in the car. A little over an hour later my husband went into the hotel to check. It took about 1/2 an hour after this before our room was ready. Everyone deserves a lot of grace these days and we were extremely satisfied other than this. Our only disappointment is that we missed our only chance at being able to visit the OKC Memorial Museum due to this hold up.

the rooms were beautiful and clean. i adored the bathroom, as it had a giant well lit mirror and full sized shower products. the staff was very kind and the hotel was very clean.

i found it very inconvenient that i had booked the stay when the parking was still provided by the hotel at $12 a night. to my surprise when i arrived, i found out that it’s unfortunately ran by some private company that upcharged it to $30 a night and it has to be valet. i blew $120+ taxes + tips just alone on parking.

The hotel was pretty neat. It was within walking distance to everything in Bricktown. I parked in their parking lot the entire weekend and walked everywhere. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was pretty friendly. Nice lobby to chill while you wait. Cool lounge area for eating. They had an outside lounge with fire pit as well but the season was still too warm for it. The breakfast was pretty decent as well. Oh and the room was more a suite than a double bed room, which felt like the price point was getting more for the value. I'm not a fan of paid parking for hotels when the hotel charges a lot but that said, it seemed like this hotel has the cheaper option for the parking which made it an overall good deal. There was public parking but the prices seemed higher overall for the length of time of the trip.

The only downside I could find and this was not fault of the hotel, there was an odor to parts of the area outside the hotel. It wasn't all the time but when it happened it was distracting.

Nice, new facility near fun stuff in Bricktown. Included great breakfast. Lovely outdoor seating area. You can jump on the public transport to take you around downtown.

Lock on bathroom door was broken, in fact the sliding type door for a bathroom wasn’t great. one elevator was down, and although the hotel cannot help this- there was a huge group of preadolescent soccer girls just constantly riding the elevator for no reason. Our group is all spry enough to take the five flights of stairs constantly but it was still annoying that it was used for their entertainment. 😆. The pool is on the small side so it gets crowded but we were happy they had one.

It was good and would be there up to the time of closure.

Parking. I am disabled and the lack of that type of parking was a little bit of a problem.

The hotel is located in Brick Town. Handy to shopping, museums, eateries. We were able to order food and cocktails in the hotel. Hotel was very clean.

Liked everything.
