I enjoyed my stay at AC. Unfortunately I paid twice for the stay. Booking.com charged me when I booked it, then I was charged at the property. I provided proof to booking.com that I was charged twice and they agreed to refund my money, but never did. Stay away from booking.com

The hotel was overall better than I expected. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. I used the gym and that was very nice too. My only complaint is that I wish they had more a La carte breakfast items. It would also be nice to see the food menus for the restaurant online in advance. Staff was friendly. My waiter who served me at breakfast was extremely friendly. I didn’t get a chance to catch his name but he was tall and has reddish/brunette hair. He offered excellent service and went above and beyond.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Great location near lots of bars and dining, also the hotel was fairly priced.

Bar staff weren't very friendly upon arriving, the woman working upon my arrival seemed to dislike her job and wasn't very welcoming. I decided to eat outside the hotel after that initial interaction with her.

Good location downtown, friendly staff, clean room, quiet at night, comfortable bed, and good view. They also have full-size body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Some items weren’t replaced in the room before our stay, such as only having one disposable coffee cup, or the mini-size shampoo and conditioner (but they may be doing away with the mini sizes since they have full size in the shower).

Great location, easy to get to and within walking distance to all of Bricktown. Very comfortable bed and very clean! Price was a very good value for the location.

Only problem was I couldn't get the TV to work. The girl at the desk gave me new batteries for the remote but it didn't help. Could have been because the TV was some type of streaming service.

. Parking was unexpectedly expensive. And breakfast also. Room was lovely and comfy. Realized that the whole area is pricey. Came to town to see Land Run sculptures which were awesome.

The location! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The pillows are too soft, no support at all. Parking is ridiculous..too expensive. Have to pay extra for breakfast.

Customer service Ms.Candy is AMAZING every time we stay coming from Tulsa AC is our home away from home 👍🏾 the velvet, bartenders,food outside patio, cleanliness,bed everything is perfect.

Valet staff and front desk staff super friendly

There was….um, male biological matter on the headboard from a previous hotel guest. Fortunately, housekeeping quickly took care of it.

very hard to ever get anyone at the front desk to answer the phone, manager is hard to find. Definitely need more communication effort
