Clean and nice! Everything was great! Staff was super friendly especially Richard. He went above and beyond. Very accommodating. Bathroom was very nice. I want those countertops! Great shower! Husband is 6’2 and he was pleased. Good breakfast! Will definitely stay here again.

Pool was supposed to open but found out they had mechanical problems after a freeze. But it is what it is. We didn’t care for staff standing outside smoking by the lovely patio. But they were nice people. Did I mention the gas fire feature on the patio? Very nice.

The staff was pretty good. We had a mis communication, that I could of let upset me, but because of the service I could not be mad. The room was clean for the most part. There was trash left in the trash cans and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall the stay was great, the bed was comfortable, and roomy. I will definitely stay again.

Breakfast limited choice but sufficient. Location great as it is located within short driving distances to food and grocers. Easy to locate. Minimal parking but sufficient. Great service staff. Room clean.

Nothing to complain, perhaps pool small for those looking for bigger facilities.

Breakfast: not spectacular. Location:great for our trip. It was very clean. Enjoyed the kitchenette. Room size worked well for 3 adults.

Asked front desk for TP and more towels. Never supplied. We were worried about the clothes bar in the closet. It looked a bit “bowed” under the weight of our clothes! But it held up for the duration.

I really love Home2 Suites. There is tons of space in the room. This property has a nice workout gym, huge lobby and pool area. There is even a nice outdoor patio to enjoy.

The hallway was dirty with bits of paper. The maid knocked on our door to clean in the morning even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign up and hours before check out. That was annoying.

In general, Since we have a dog. We pay for the dog to stay which is more than other guests with the expectation that we will be placed by noisy children and animals.

It was a nice comfortable place the staff was great. It was surrounded by many shops and restaurants was very convenient for us.

The continental breakfast was OK was not horrible but was not the best. The waffles we’re definitely yummy

when we asked head of housekeeping to make up our bed, leave fresh towels and coffee n creamer … towels were left on top bathroom sink ( old ones still on the floor, bed was not made up , and no coffee or creamer replaced

The property was fine with a lot of broken items in our room such as the shower door handle is ready to fall off and there was dirt in the corner out of the bathroom, the ceiling looks like somebody rub their feet all over it, and the countertops were all grimy dirty

hotel staff was friendly, everything was kept nice and clean. Noise wasn’t a problem, couldn’t hear the person next door, room was great and spacious, perfect for small families.

beds weren’t that comfortable, but also not the worst we’ve had at hotels.
