The room and comfort were great

The manager and was rude disrespectful and accused myself and guest of smoking in the room then tried changing me 500$ then 400$ then 300$ then 200$ then 150$. I tried disputing the false accusations. Requested proof and was denied and told to call corporate to deal with my issue. My only issue was the multiple charges to my card and how rude the manager was when I called about the attempted charges. If I didn't have fraud protection I would have gone through hell trying to get the money back. Great place to stay, and have many times but this time was crazy when the charges attempted to come through and I called to try and see what the issue was.

Above all the breakfast was unmatched to anything I’ve stayed at in awhile! It was updated, filled with a bunch of great food. And the breakfast attendant was amazing with my two year old running around. The room itself was nice as well. Front desk people were always friendly. Hotel is pet friendly which was why we chose this one. Overall would definitely recommend.

My dog is really timid and having the dog area at the end of the local airport was questionable to him. But even then, it’s still a grassy area, and a big park across the street we took him to play fetch

the breakfast was amazing. The lady who served the breakfast was wonderful. She was very helpful and patient with the kids. She really reminded me of a sweet Grandma. She really was amazing! front office ladies were nice and helpful too. we were able to get a roll away bed for my Son so he didn’t have to sleep with his Sisters.

hubby really wanted to use the hot tub but it was down. The pool water was kinda cold. kids were chattering their jaws lol. didn’t stop them from wanting to play though.

The beds were great. The details were nice like hand sanitizer and citrus lotions and shampoo. The fridge and freezer were bigger than the norm and that’s great for family traveling. There’s a HUGE park across the street which is great for families and nature lovers. Breakfast was hot and better than average but mediocre compared to other Best Western hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip.

You could only use the pool for 30 minutes, but that shouldn’t go against the hotel in times of Covid. They’re just doing their jobs. You could hear every door close in the hallway and people talking as well. Our fan wouldn’t work in our room when we tried to use it for noise reduction. There are an abundance of signs in the lobby about masks, Covid, refusing service, etc. I’m all for the greater good and wearing a mask to keep people safe but this was overkill and seemed almost hostile. I can read the sign on the door.

The value was ok but after staying at least 7 or 8 different nights all in the last month and at least 15 over the last year with no perks or some discount is crappy none of my stays got added to my awards account and still don't now how to get that done.

we had a nice stay. very friendly and helpful staff. good full breakfast and fresh baked cookies! clean room. easy location to find and about 25min away from OSU.

the system was down for the pool/spa so they were closed. we chose this location over some other cheaper ones to utilize their indoor spa/pool, so that was disappointing.

The place, the staff very friendly very helpful. Most of all what I really enjoyed are those yummy cookies and the soup you were able to help yourself with in the evening. The breakfast is good.

It's not that I didn't like it it just would have been nice if they would have had different kind of yogurts.

the last night we were there was a different front desk staff (2 different one) the one lady was very respectful but the other lady seemed abrupt with not only customer by other coworker. including myself

Loved the location and the staff were phenomenal. It was quiet but we were close enough to town it made it easy to get to restaurants and our event location for the weekend! Definitely will stay here again.

Parking lot was slightly frustrating since we were hauling our race buggy on a trailer but that is even a stretch to really complain about

Room was clean and quiet. Cleaning service did a great job making sure beds and bathroom were in order. There was no pet or smoking smell in the room. Shower supplies were fully stocked and the water was warm. Breakfast was also good, even though I didn't eat until it was almost over, everything was still available and tasted fresh.
