The rooms were very nice,big and clean! The beds were comfortable and the dark curtains worked very well! Plus the rooms must be insulated well as you don’t hear other people or the shower or toilet flushing when someone is in there. We were very happy with our stay!

The only two things we didn’t like about the property would probably be the Breakfast isn’t free and the Parking Garage height for our vehicle was a little low, but we have a fairly tall truck so that made parking in the parking garage a little more challenging. Our Truck did fit but others taller than 7’ may not. We did like the covered parking structure though! So overall it really wasn’t a deal breaker.

Good value for money. Amazing for a 3 star. Comfortable, great location, amenities on site to have a decent breakfast and dinner. Great parking. Wifi, clean, mini fridge and microwave. Complimentary access to a computer and printer to print boarding pass, another computer and printer for other printing and internet access. Small kiosk for purchases like snacks and forgotten toiletries. Highly recommend.

You could hear the occupants in the rooms adjacent quite clearly but noise levels quiten down at reasonable hours.

The location was perfect and the facility itself really beautiful

We had brown water in our sink and shower. Not sure if this is a normal thing that happens but the gentleman at the front desk said we could go down and get bottled water to brush our teeth until it cleared up.

Limited options at the restaurant, but great service and the food tasted fantastic.

Bed was not comfortable.

The room was lovely as was the gym and the small pool (although it wasn’t the warmest). All of the cafes and restaurants in town are only a 5 minute walk maximum and it’s right by the river. Staff were lovely and very helpful and parking was great.

The view was great! It was quiet and the rooms were cozy.

The parking was kind of snug being in a parking garage or try and find parking on the streets which could end up blocks away. Plus you had to have you room key to get anywhere, which made me feel safe, yet inconvenienced because I forgot and left to my car (which you don’t need your room key to access the parking garage for) and got locked out after because I couldn’t go back up to my floor. I’ve never been to a hotel or motel where this is required. But the hotel was great other than that.

although it started with a misunderstanding, Russ and the staff made sure everything was corrected and beyond. very attentive staff!

all was great! Dinning menu isn’t up to the available ingredients at times, but they make sure they make up to it.

Very nice, large room. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent location, right beside the Willamette River with walking path and within walking distance of a large number of restaurants and bars.

It's a little expensive.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about their quest. I like that it is very secure only guest can come and go up to rooms because a key has to be used in the elevator. You can never be to safe these days.

I feel for the price the room could have been bigger and their could have been more to offer in the hotel as a whole. other than that I enjoyed my stay and my family enjoyed it as well. It would have been nice to have a book in the room telling us about the town, things like where to eat, entertainment etc...
