Comfort Suites Corvallis

The beds were very comfortable. (We had two queen beds.) The room was big with plenty of space for luggage. The location was good in that the building was essentially behind the Econo Lodge and therefore NOT right on a busy road, therefore quiet. There were self-service laundry machines, though we didn't need to use them. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants, though there are better restaurants downtown, which we had to drive to. There is a "free" breakfast, though it is a typical chain hotel breakfast, therefore nothing special. There are a couple of grocery stores within walking distance.

The showers were probably the water conservation kind, which is commendable, but the water pressure would sometimes drop a fair bit. Luckily the water temperature did not change when that happened.

The breakfast was diverse and delicious with a lot of hot breakfast items. Staff is amazing and very helpful.

Only thing that I don't like is that for the last 3 plus years I have stayed at this comfort inn location in corvallis with no deposit ever with no issues with the room or any property of the hotel. Now there is a huge jump to a 250$ deposit and it's just too much of a deposit especially so much of an increase so quickly. Zero to 250$ in just a few months since my last stay. I would like this to change at least for regular loyal customers.

Surprisingly decent breakfast. Made fresh waffles and had an apple and yogurt daily with eggs and sausage. Room was spacious. Hotel could really use a carpet cleaning and the hotel had a strong cleaning chemical order everywhere, including in our room so we had to keep the window open all 3 days. Bring your own pillows if possible and beds are very soft. The price was so affordable though and the location was great. Will stay again.

Please use oderless cleaner if possible! The smell was really really strong!

My room was clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of the bathroom. TV choices were ok. Plenty of light in the room and the thermostat responded immediately to the setting I requested.

The walls as in most hotels are not sound proof or well insulated, I could clearly hear the occupants in the next room who were not yelling or screaming. Otherwise I have no other issues with the location.

The bathroom feels luxurious, and the light around the mirror is awesome. The bed was nice and comfy! I didn't have time to swim, unfortunately, but I did make it into the gym for a bit. A couple of machines were down, but overall decent little hotel gym!

The couple of pieces of equipment that were out of order were machines I wanted to use, but I did get to use the others. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints. Well located, friendly staff, nice rooms.

A clean room is the most important part of any hotel I stay at, and my room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable as well, and the toiletries provided were nice and helpful. The room coffee was also a nice touch. Breakfast had great variety and good quality.

Parking felt a little sketchy. Lack of parking lines lead to narrow openings between lanes that I had to squeeze through.

The room was huge and comfortable! The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was fine and so convenient. We came in one evening wet and cold and appreciated that there was hot chocolate packets and hot water.

The breakfast area was quite cramped. Our internet connection was down for 24 hours of our 2 night stay. The staff at the front desk didn't know if the problem was being attended to or not.

Breakfast was great. Like the juice station. Everything was clean in the service and dining area. I liked the workout area. Nice and clean.

I reserved a double king suite. After getting there and paying. They told me that the room wasn’t available. Communication between the client and the managing staff was last minute.

Location was a good place for distributed family members to meet while college-hunting. Two parents and college-age kid got one room with two king beds for the right price; hotel accommodated us when big brother chose to come along and stay as well (rollaway bed already in room). Indoor pool was nice. Clean and working, plenty of towels/sheets/pillows. Elevator was not working, so we were fortunate to be able to choose a 1st floor room.

Grab 'n go breakfasts, where you fill out a slip of paper and wait at the front desk for a cinnamon roll/yogurt/cereal plus chunk of fruit or juice, was subpar. Indoor pool was nice (and uncrowded!), but did not feel heated/particularly warm. Spa was there but had been blocked off either for construction/improvement or perhaps because of COVID restriction(s).

Staff was great and even though dealt a tough deck of cards had a great attitude. As a former VO and CEO of retail stores I always look at possible customer disappoints. There were many "due to Covid" Never stated by staff but obvious.

We are tired of Hotels using Covid as a excuse to under staff, Not have a hot breakfast and over price their rooms. And in this case their elevator was not working. We were warned ahead of time and the staff was very attentive. But that is a awful thing to do to the staff on top of over pricing and no hot breakfast. Also, because the science has proven, they should NOT have to wear masks. We are a free country and not a dictatorship.
