The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Fairly good lighting in the room. In addition, the room was quiet despite the fact that there is a busy road next to it. Close to the university, convenient for downtown activities, and the location near the river was great.

The door to the room was quite hard to open. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and not very pleasant. Breakfast could have more options to choose from (more protein stuff and fresh fruit). The pool and hot tub were out of order.

Location near the river was great with lots of fun walkable restaurants and shops. The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was nice and the room smelled clean.

Breakfast was adequate for a free breakfast. Could use more or better protein options. Bathrooms were clean but had some elements like a sagging shower curtain or elements of mildew near the floor that had been covered by baseboard like material.

They did accommodate us when it was brought to our attention, they had given us a handicap room. They changed out our room, so someone in need those amenities could use it

River views are a slight deception. Is there a river? Yes. Can you see it? Let's just say, if you hadn't told me, I would not have known. However, the parkesk setting is nicer than the parking lot.

The room was quite clean when we arrived. The staff was very accommodating when it came to our noisy neighbor, and the breakfast was pretty decent.

The first night we stayed, the room next door was very noisy. We heard coughing at all hours of the day and night, random dudes going in and out of the room, and the door slamming. Also as we were pulling out, we noticed a few junky cars that belonged to some homeless people.

Breakfast was simple but good and the staff was very friendly and good to us during our stay.

I don't have anything negative to say about this motel except for I wish there was more coffee in the room like maybe a couple of each regular and decaf.

Rooms felt modern and clean. AC was great.

I wish the beds were a little more up to date and the bathrooms were a little more worked on my drain in the sink wouldnt work properly but nothing I couldn't live with.

Check in was super. The front entrance lady was excellent. The only reason for any disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were both down. I selected this place because of the pool and hot tub so my disappoimtment was to be expected.

Not thrilled with the breakfast. Juice machine didn't work. Very few choices.

everything was great otherwise. Ron & Katie are absolutely amazing people as always. ❤ it was great being able to come over the night before my sons appts. I just love staying here & won't stay elsewhere

breakfast and pool closed over a year later, yet other hotels have a full breakfast & pools open (ie: LaQuinta in Newport) so I don't really understand why they've opted out.
