It was a great location close to OSU and walking distance to everything we were doing during our stay. The room was nice, modern, bike racks inside the room. Beds were comfortable. Was a nice update to what was seemed like an older motel.

Overall good stay, there was a DJ playing music friday afternoon on the patio area. We were going to get wine and chill out there with other families but it took over the space not allowing guest to use it. Would suggest in the future a different location for their setup so guest could use that area instead (or allow guest to reserve the spot so they know ahead of time if anyone is planning on using it)

We were in town for a 3 day swim meet at the Osborn Aquatic Center. This place was located downtown and an easy drive to and from the pool. It is an older hotel that has been updated and my girls loved it. The bed was firm but comfortable. The futon fit the sleep needs of my 11 yo. Endless hot water in the shower hit the spot after a day of racing. There are many places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The free sparkling water was much loved due to the heat.

The room needs more than overhead lights - I learned that bedside lights have been ordered and they're waiting for them to arrive. Our room was located behind the restaurant and i noticed the gate to the garbage area closing the first night.

The tone of the place is very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were lively and we were greeted with feeling. The water and snacks in the front office were appreciated after the long drive. Rooms were modernized fairly well with some noticeable but small flaws in construction. It's generally quiet, clean, and comfortable with good rates.

The staff seemed slightly disorganized. We were checked into a room that was dirty and unprepared. Correction wasn't trivial because of our tight schedule that morning, but these things happen, and we were happy with the alternative, resolution. Windows were older, louder and drafty than modern windows but not an issue.

The updated decor was nice, the space was well-used, and everything was clean and in good condition. There were enough plugs to charge our devices, the refrigerator worked well, and there was a basket with extra bedding if needed. The bike rack was a nice addition even though we didn't have bikes ourselves. We were able to walk our dog in the neighborhood behind the hotel, and we could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops.

Our room did not have lamps on the sides of the beds, which would have been much nicer. The overhead lighting was too bright to leave on in the evening, and the only other light was from the bathroom. The bathroom has a barn door style sliding door that does not lock - fine for us, but in case that matters to someone. It also would have been good to have at least a mirror outside the bathroom to make it easier for other people to get ready while someone else is using the bathroom.

Room was clean and shower was beautiful. Location was great. Loved all the complimentary snacks and it was nice to have oatmeal in the morning. The decor was fun and loved all the lights on the outside of the building. It made for a well lit parking area and we could easily spot our hotel.

I realize that the tvs were new but, staff had not been trained on how to operate them and the listing in the rooms for the channels was inaccurate. Also, we requested housekeeping on one of our days but they did not come. It would have been nice to have a little more light near the coat rack area.

The rooms were reasonably priced and renovated. The bathrooms were clean and the toiletries were very nice. Being only a few blocks from OSU makes the hotel location very convenient. Wifi was free and fast.

While renovated, the main part of the room was either very dark or very bright without much control. The water temperature was not sufficiently hot, but that was only room and others in my party didn't have that issue. The TV feature did not work. There were instructions in the room for the TV that just didn't match the actual remote.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for OSU visit. The room was clean and designed in a contemporary/urban style. They provide a coupon for a breakfast place nearby and also for a cafe. We only ended up using the coffee ones so can't speak to the breakfast.

We understand that each room is different; we just weren't big fans of not having a closet or a dresser in our particular room. There was a place to hang things, but they were hanging over one end of the couch/extra bed.

Good location for an OSU parent visiting Corvallis -- right in "downtown" (quick walk to all the shops, restaurants, etc.) and a 10 minute walk (or very quick drive) to campus. Room was "spare" in that the structure is literally a cinderblock motel (doors open to the outside parking area), but the entire inside has been gutted and refitted, so a very comfortable bed, new/functional bathroom area, mini fridge and microwave. And a LOT of character. It's not as spacious as, say the Hilton Garden Inn, and lacks some of the amenities (pool, fitness center) but at half the cost it is a great option. Clean, new, "hip," and a large variety of FREE snacks and drinks, which the front desk staff cheerfully encourage you to use. Plus, a 30 foot walk to a convenience store, 100 foot walk to a restaurant, etc. Overall, fun and very cost-effective. Plenty of free parking and again, you're literally 10 feet from your car so no hassle involved getting luggage to the room.

Walls are soundproof (brick) but the windows aren't, so if the couple next to you leave their door open and blast their TV until all hours, you'll hear every word. But, putting the wall heater/AC onto "Fan Only" created more than enough white notice to drown them out.

I loved the mid-century renovation work throughout the property. Cafe lights strung around the exterior of the building were so charming and inviting (we got in around 8:30pm). the snacks in the lobby were a huge hit with the 3 and 9 year olds in our party! nice big rooms with super comfy bed and lovely shower. loved how many locally-sourced items were around the space 💜

Our room would shake from time to time I believe from movement above us (we were on second floor) which was a bit disconcerting.

The staff was very personable and helpful and the location was perfect for what we needed. It was great to see bike storage in the room we booked and the free snacks in the lobby were a lovely touch. Overall the value for money at this stay was perfect.

The fan in the bathroom made an unnerving sound when it turned on and off. The office where we checked in smelled like smoke but the room we booked was clean and comfortable.
