Comfort Suites Linn County Fairground and Expo

I didn't like the way one of the Housekeeper women approach me after I opened my room door to ask another housekeeper that was across from my room cleaning to replace my towels, I was asking one of the guys for towel replacement since I brought out the trash and my dirty towels. As I was coming back to tip them the one down the hall came and said if I have all my towels to give back, as if I was stealing or going to steal them. I immediately looked at her with shame,Made me real uncomfortable, I didn't catch a name but she was older women. Besides that We enjoyed our stay breakfast was good check-in was speedy and all information given. Thank you

How pleasant ALL the staff was. The dining area and breakfast layout. The lady chest were so personable and on their game. Clean!!!!!! The gentleman who checked us, I think his name was Trent on two Thursdays ago, was very welcoming. He baked cookies and let us know when they'd be put out. Lobby nice. Parking safe. Rooms are nicely laid out. We parked our dump truck for the weekend while returning home from work, and it was safe. The only slight is the ceilings are thin. We had a family with kids who ran back and forth from 7 am until checkout . woof. But, I would recommend staying here 100 percent.

the location was great. the breakfast staff were wonderful! Teresa was out going and exceptional. unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the other ladies but believe me they made our stay memorable. PS although you don’t see too much of them the cleaning staff were nothing less then awesome too we asked to have our room cleaned two days into our stay and who ever did it was over the top

the only thing I can say is I hope this unit is on line for a bit of a remodel. what I mean by that is the chair in our room was really worn out and the carpet had numerous stains but on the flip side the beds were awesome

My last 5 motel stays were disappointing given the price. Not here. $50 dollars cheaper, but much roomier, better maintained, and very clean. I liked the furnishings, the shower, the lack of noise coming from the hallways (not an echo chamber), the bed linens, the bed, and quiet appliances.

Considering that occupancy revenues have been way down during COVID, there were a few signs, but very few, that maintenance had been deferred. The computer chair had noticeable wear adjacent to the seams in the seat. Some paintwork was scuffed in the restroom doorframe. I wouldn't have noticed these piddly faults if the facility weren't so well kept.

The 2 gentlemen that covered the evening shift were phenomenal. We were only there for 2 nights and each time entering the building we were greeted by name. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The cook for breakfast was also amazing. Breakfast was great with many options.

The sound of the elevator was a bit unnerving so we opted for the stairs on most occasions going up or down to the 3rd floor.

The hotel itself was beautiful! The pool area was amazing! Probably the prettiest/cleanest looking pool area we've ever had at a hotel. My husband loved the sauna! Our room was so big and so nice and very clean! The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very friendly. The location felt pretty close to all of our destinations! We will definitely be back in the future!

oh man. to much to say. friendly staff. they take care of your stuff for you Immediatly the cooks work the hardest I think. working for hrs to feed everyone. no a.c there in the kitchen. the breakfast crew Kristina and Julie deserve a raise. non stop cooking and serving. Joyce at front desk is great. I felt like family here The pool is nice and so is hot tub. will come back again.

Breakfast was much better then expected. The cut fruit was plentiful and ripe. There was more variety available when comparing to other places I’ve stayed. I appreciate the choice of fresh milk or International Delight to put in my coffee, as I prefer milk. The coffee was fresh, plentiful, and good.

The staff (especially Teresa and the Front Desk Supervisor Joyce) were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to guide me and answer my questions about the area (I am thinking of relocating). The breakfast was excellent - hot bacon, sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy (which was a welcome surprise in this age of covid), and many other good choices. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was.

The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was superb. I especially want to call out the staff manning the breakfast area, they were so kind and helpful. Excellent location. We would stay here again. It is easy to see why they are rated so high.
