Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the biscuits and sausage gravy! The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable.

The mirror in the bathroom had a light surrounding it. That didn’t seem to help with actually seeing better! A mirror would be very helpful by the window. Of course the price has been too high everywhere since covid!

Family and I stayed many nights here while we moved. A lot of those nights were booked on a day-by-day basis and the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating to this. The king rooms are worth the upgrade with a much larger TV and surface space than other hotels in the area, perfect for a family of four! Facilities (pool, sauna, and laundry specifically) are well-maintained and never felt dirty or undesirable. Coffee and breakfast have certainly improved and were actually worth waking up for!

Wi-Fi was often not reliable. Late check-out could never be accommodated past 30 minutes. The bed was a little too firm for my own liking. Didn't appear to have any weekly room rates available.

So clean, modern and very comfortable. Just myself and my grandson traveling, and we felt very safe there. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Best pillows.

Hot tub was not working. And a hot tub was the main reason we originally reserved at this hotel. I understand that these things happen. But I do think these are the kinds of things people should be notified of prior to arrival.

The room was amazing and huge. Bigger than we expected. It's like a mini apartment!!! We loved it!!!

The room is directly next to the elevator so you hear the sound of it running. But it's not unbearable. Sometimes if the people in the pool are loud you can hear them playing and shouting as if they're right next door. But it only happens at night before they close. It's right below us.

Elevator extremely slow and jerky- felt like it was going to stop between floors. Very hard when checking in and out

The initial greetings were very much genuine kindness. Very helpful including bringing Xtra pillows. The morning breakfasts were very good, with many options to choose from. The pool, spa, & sauna were very much appreciated after a long days drive.

Breakfast could use improvement; scrambled eggs are not appetizing, are these from scratch or powder? Pool looked dirty. Small babies with diapers in the pool.

The pool and sauna were just what we needed to get some kid energy out, I love that it was open so early and late. The fitness center was much more than I was expecting, and it was greatly appreciated.

A Waffle Machine at breakfast, otherwise it was great!

The biggest thing we were looking for was the indoor pool and hot tub. We also really love the breakfast in the morning! The staff were absolutely fantastic and provided excellent customer service.

There wasn’t a lot of parking.

Area was nice. Staff kept breakfast area clean during meal time. Receptionist was delightful. I liked the face that pets can stay, i did not know that so for future travel that is a big bonus.
