Hampton Inn Eugene

Location was good because we would go back and fourth from Eugene and Veneta. Visiting family and seeing local attractions. The hotel itself is really nice, and the staff was awesome. It was very hot (hotter than LA) which was shocking, and we were immediately greeted and asked if we'd like a water bottle. It was ice cold and delicious. We also had asked for a bottom floor with one king bed, instead of the two queens, and they were able to arrange that for us. I loved where our room was located, next to the gym and right near the entrance. Coffee was delicious and there were plenty of options for types of brews and creamers/sweeteners. They also provide breakfast, but we were always on the go we didn't get a chance to have any, but it did look and smell delicious. The facilities were clean: gym, pool, and laundry area. We used them all during our stay. The laundry is complementary as well. The also provide laundry services, but we did our own while we stayed. I will definitely stay in the future.

The outside sign was a little dark and hidden, we literally drove pass the entrance a few times at night. Parking is a little small, but understandable because of where the hotel is located. Not pet friendly.

The hotel has very hip and updated decor. The color palette is very inviting. Its clean and has multiple seating arrangements in the lobby. The front desk personal was sweet and genuine. I love that the Hampton Inns honestly have the most comfortable beds. You are guaranteed a great night of sleep.

Unfortunately the breakfast area is tight on space. When the workers are standing around the counters chatting with eachother its difficult to maneuver. So, we decided leave, and go out for breakfast.

Everything! Beautiful landscaping, friendly and professional staff, loved the cleanliness, attractiveness and great room feel of the front desk and breakfast area. Super clean, simple and elegant room. Even with cookies and fruit out! Excellent gym and pool area. And breakfast was great! Loved having coffee and exercise room available 24/7. I am a retiree traveling with my adult son with autism. He was so happy and calmed by the whole experience. He especially liked your towels and the bed comforter he cocooned into for a couple naps after showers. Perfect decompression place before our long flights home. Definely gonna be a repeat customer!

That we didn't stay longer! That I didn't try a cookie or belgian waffle. My son loved them though! ;) Seriously you all have refined your systems well and your staff was happy so I was really glad to see people who enjoyed helping people and their work!

I was really impressed with this Hampton Inn. We often stay at this chain, but I had a really good experience at this one. The staff were top notch, very helpful. The breakfast was done better and had a couple extra options that I don’t normally expect from the Hampton. This is a slightly older Hampton which means the bathrooms have real doors rather than the barn doors the newer ones have. I definitely prefer a real door on my bathroom. Also, this one had light switches instead of automatic lights like the last one we stayed at. Being able to control the lighting at night while having an infant along was a huge plus. I also loved that there was an onsite laundry as infants make a surprising amount of laundry. Also, our room was nice and quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from our neighbors. And they had the complimentary cookies that Hampton’s sometimes offer as well as decaf coffee at all hours, which was a bonus for me.

As I have mentioned elsewhere, I wish the Hampton chain did better with their eggs/bacon/sausage/potatoes options for breakfast. This is not an issue specific to this venue, and if anything the young woman working on making the breakfast was unusually fastidious in making sure everything was hot and fresh. So dislike with a like?

The rooms were huge and clean! The staff was so friendly! We had such a good night that we decided to stay another night!

Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a charger for my phone and they had an extra one to lend me. I also missed breakfast and the lovely woman at the desk when I checked out made me a breakfast bag to go. So appreciated!!

Price seemed a little high for the area.

Came to the Hampton inn Eugene on a buisness trip from london Wonderful place to stay, very clean inside and in the room, lovely complimentary breakfast in the morning plenty to choose from huge thank you to the two young ladies on the front desk they were fantastic very helpful and welcoming!

It was a very nice place to stay close to our family. The room was very nice -- liked that it had a refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Nice that they offered coffee in the lobby and also a To Go breakfast.u

When we arrived the lady behind the desk for registration told us that Booking.com hadn't put our reservation through so instead of a room with 2 queen beds they wanted to put us in a room with 1 Queen and a sofa/bed. That is not what we wanted so I told her that and she found me a room with 2 Queens. I was wondering why they either didn't have our correct reservation from you or didn't want us in a room with 2 Queens. I'm glad she found one though.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We have stayed here several times and they never disappointed us. The entire staff exudes professionalism and courtesy toward all of the guests as we have witnessed. The pool is always nice and warm and not crowded. The breakfast was superior and plentiful! We WILL be back!
