Great location, easy to access from the highway in a very cool neighbourhood. We loved our visit to the Beergarden. If it wasn't so very hot, we would have explored more of the cool places in the neighbourhood.

The room was definitely showing its age. But the beds were super comfy, the fridge was roomy, and everything was clean and fresh.

Staff was friendly and helpful with taxi service prior to arrival. Close to downtown and University of Oregon. Much cheaper than hotels that increased their rates due to special events. Large mini fridge and microwave in room.

Smell of cigarettes coming through vents. Cigarette burn in blanket. Toilet stained with brown marks. Room was otherwise clean.

We have returned to Executive and may continue as it has been a satifactory and pleasant place to be - it is expensive nonetheless and it would be great to have a better rate for extended stay. Is that possible?

The TV remote batteries were dead and then the remote was difficult to get to work properly.

Clean and safe. Nice location. High rating would recommend this to travelling public.

The price was a bit on heavy side. Granted lots going on that weekend.

The only thing was it was a little awkward to get in with the vehicle we were driving we were returning a full size 32 foot RV to Eugene Oregon so parking it was a little tough because of the small parking lot

facilities were very nice for the price paid.

there were some shady people kind of roaming around the property and in the parking lot. Other than that though I really enjoyed my stay.

was cheap,staff was amazing and very helpful with offering after hours assistance if I felt unsafe in the area or money back for another place if needed

The room was clean and comfortable; very close to many great places to eat. The bed was great and the shower was hot and pretty darn great, the staff was incredibly accomodating. I would stay here again.

I have no complaints.

I needed accommodations on a budget, this filled that need. It is an older facility, pretty well kept up, certainly it is clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

I liked that is was simple kind of old fashioned I like that it was simple and very pleasant to stay thanks

That they did not have ice on site but other than that it was great
