The facility was very clean and well maintained with lots of parking. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a coffee shop right across the street. There was coffee in the lobby, at least in the morning and it tasted pretty decent, so that was convenient. We walked back to the motel from Autzen Stadium, it's about 30 - 40 minutes to walk, but an easy flat surface the whole way.

The only negative was that breakfast is served until 10 and by 9:30 when I went down there was really nothing left and the only thing that staff refilled was the waffle mix. No breakfast meat, no potatoes and only about 1 cup of eggs were left at 9:30. There were a few pastries and cereal, and the waffles, so if you eat like a kid, or have kids there was food for them.

Checked in late. Walked from car into lobby. Receptionist already had our info up on her computer because she saw us coming and we were the only people not checked in yet. Room a close walk from car. Clean, newly remodeled fun room. When we were checking out a nice man asked us how our stay was. The guy checking us out said his family owned the hotel. We told him we were really happy with our room and he mentioned it was recently redone. There was breakfast available, but we didn't eat it because we were meeting our daughter for breakfast. Perfect spot for visiting people at UO.

Breakfast was awesome. the room was so clean and nice. Easy to access, the building is super comfortable and looks nice. Shower room is wonderful. Bed is comfortable as well. The building provides like cottage vibe.

they have only one room key, so we needed to texting each other when we were separated. I used to use keycard so it was a great experience to have "inconvenience" but some other people might not like that. Parking lot is pretty small, when I go out for an hour and came back, it was full. Since it is located in downtown, it makes sense.

The room is a good size with a cute retro frig and microwave. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day and the woman working was so nice to find me decaf. Really great remodel.

There was stinky food left in the frig. We had nowhere to put it so we told the clerk. She was very apologetic and came up and got it. At 4:30 am, a huge truck power washed the bus stop nearby for 30 minutes. The street construction started right at 7am with a big jackhammer. Lots of city noise.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to the movie theater, restaurants, and a coffee shop. The rooms were clean and you could tell they've made some updates which make the room feel more comfy. Favorite part was the shower and I loved the extra blanket provided.

I'm not sure if this is just a 1st floor issue but you could really hear the noise from outside and people walking around. It wasn't bad at night because it would quiet down but the mornings we always woke up due to either footsteps or cars driving.

Super cute room! Great location as far as being within walking distance of the venue we were going to. Staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was fantastic! Nothing super special, but the eggs, country potatoes, bacon, sausages, oatmeal and waffles were plenty for us! The desk clerk was constantly busting her hump cleaning tables and keeping everything stocked in breakfast area. Would definitely recommend!!

The room was large, comfortable and super cute. The tiny vintage style mini fridge made my day. Breakfast was a nice surprise with really high quality options. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. Really a perfect place.

The door had a bit of an issue with latching. I'm glad I'm someone that always wiggles the door after I close it, or else I wouldn't have noticed that it wasn't really closing.

Retro, but completely updated motor lodge vibe. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed: firm and great. Bathroom: spacious. Air conditioner: excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better and average. Beer on draft available in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Barcalounger easy chair in the room was a little suspect. Old fashioned keyed door locks were a tad finicky, but appreciated.

-Nice fridge & microwave in room. Perfect for storing and reheating leftovers. -Comfortable bed. Liked the outlets on the lamp by the bed and on the table. -Nice location for walking. Close to shops, restaurants, and a Whole Foods or Safeway. -Parking lot close to building! Don’t have to drag your bags very far. -Continental breakfast included daily, nice area to sit down and eat, have coffee, etc.

-My room was at street level along Pearl Street, so the traffic driving by was less than ideal for trying to get a good night of sleep the night before a marathon. -There was hair on the floor of the room and also in the shower, which was a bit off putting. -Pretty pricy, but it was an event weekend in Eugene so also not surprising. Stayed here because of the proximity to where I’d be catching the marathon shuttle.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower had both a regular shower heat as well as a rain shower, when turned on together is a lovely relaxing combination. Breakfast was included and very fresh. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, home potatoes as well as fresh watermelon, toast and bakery items as well as sausage and bacon. The check in main area was a nice place to relax and included a lounge area and a bar. The staff was super helpful. Surprisingly nice stay.
