I really appreciated the breakfast. The staff was so helpful and cheerful in the morning. I enjoyed the dishwear and mugs for coffee. The selection at breakfast was also wonderful. I would also like to mention that I really appreciated the parking lot and having a safe place to park the car that was included in the cost of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay

There was only one working elevator. This was a little inconvenient, it would have been nice for someone to point out an alternative, such as the location on the stairs to decrease the elevator wait.

The room was well-appointed, an accommodating kitchenette, and the shower was good. The beds were really comfortable and the black out blinds were great. They had a great breakfast with multiple hearty options.

Wifi didn’t work. We pulled in late, & I didn’t want to try & fix it then. The front desk gave me an alternative password in the morning. It appears Hilton wants you to sign up for emails/ads in order to qualify for free Wifi. Frustrating.

Pre-checkin and checkout both worked flawlessly. Staff was friendly and greeted us as we came in. Even recommended a local bfast cafe and asked us about it as we returned. Room was clean and everything worked.

Room seemed to be designed by an accountant optimizing for efficient use of building space and utility. Even though all checkboxes were checked, to my admittedly rural American-centric aesthetics, it didn’t *feel* like my second home. IMHO

All of the extra amenities were amazing. knowing that I have the ability to stay here and make my own meals rather an eat out was such a huge plus, and possible cost saver. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to do or see.

There were a few areas of the room that look like they hadn’t been cleaned all the way, found a bit of trash from a previous stay, but nothing that I would make any major complaints about.

Decent stay in the downtown area. Suitable for longer stay as has all the kitchen facilities in the room. Large room and good beds, view at the street. Parking is included (need to collect a parking permit from the front desk).

The room is decent and clean, but not "cozy". That is, just not for my taste. Breakfast is of a standard American type (very basic).

Convenient. Clean. Great staff!

Sound proofing issues. On a scale of 1-5 with sound proofing worst at 1 & best at 5 it was a 3. Not horrible but annoying. And the hotel should admonish groups of teens boys they cannot watch sports at 1am!

We liked the location, and appreciated the staff having boxed breakfast for us to take along with us since we had a very early flight. Also enjoyed the pool which is kept at a comfortable temperature. Also loved all the kitchen provisions in the room with nice glassware.

A few of the lights in our room were not working.

The location was good, the staff was very good (personable, knowledgeable, attentive and able to efficiently handle a number of customers at the front desk with a smile) and the room design and appointments were outstanding. the lobby, hallways, elevator and room were all very clean. The locked bike storage room was an unexpected and much appreciated amenity.

I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

The older Gentleman at reception was WONDERFUL! so friendly and helpful- they read my note and knew about my service animal. they were amazing-

convenient, easy to find and super friendly. the rooms clean and quiet! the staff is just the best and makes you feel so welcome! even got a text asking my arrival and any additional needs!

Nice large room. Convenient in and out with fast elevators. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Walkable neighborhood close to shops and eateries. Beautiful flowers everywhere on streets.

Very IKEA-like but very functional and clean. Not really any charm but great stop for one night.
