Tru By Hilton Eugene, Or

Second time staying at a Tru by Hilton and it is hard to find something I don't like about this line of hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. I LOVE the soaps and lotions that they provide in room. I have to say hands down, the shampoo and conditioner alone gave me a reason to return to this hotel. The breakfast was a great value. They have a coffee/tea/hot chocolate/apple cider station, an oatmeal station, a dry cereal station, a pancake machine with fun toppings, juice machine, yogurt and a bagel station. The hot food provided was sausage links and scrambled eggs. The woman stocking the breakfast was extremely friendly as was the rest of the staff. There was no pool at this location but that didn't matter for us as we were just traveling through. Otherwise, I loved the stay here!

The fact that this location does not have a pool will cause me to reconsider staying here again if we ever come to the area again for longer than one day. Otherwise I have no complaints for this hotel!

The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway and had plenty of free parking. It was right across the street from the river with a really nice walkway. It was quite a drive to restaurants in downtown Eugene but then I found a Denny's around the corner so I was happy. The breakfast was nice and the setup was well planned for a single traveler to feel comfortable.

The room was tiny! It was fine for a single person but would be claustrophobic for a couple. It was clean and comfortable though so I would stay here again if I was traveling alone.

Easy drive to restaurants, clean lobby/gathering area, rooms overall clean and new looking

The floors in our room were sticky and dirty. we washed our feet and walked to the bed and by the time we reached the bed our feet were brown and sticky to the touch. I notified the front desk in the morning (it was late in the evening) and they only said "thank you" without offering anything as an apology. It appeared as though it was possibly mopped with dirty water or too much solution so it made the floors disgusting.

Good breakfast. Clean and new facility. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were assigned to a disability room which was spacious and good for those who have wheelchair or other needs. But we did not have disabilities, and found the room to be cold and institutional looking. I'm glad that disability rooms are available, but we did not need one and did not have a choice about the assignment. Would have been fine if the desk clerk had given us a choice, or explained the room we were being assigned.

Very Friendly service, comfortable/nice rooms, great location, very comfortable lobby, good breakfast, great Tv movie choices. Loved that your trying to help the planet with refillable shampoo/conditioner/soap, pet friendly. Loved the Decor!

The music was a little loud in the lobby, and constant news on the lobby tv did not like. Put on beautiful scenes from around the world, anything but news, people are on vacation. The price for the room, hotel was very high.

I enjoyed staying there it was super clean. What I loved the most about my room no carpet the floor was spotless. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable could answer all my questions.

Well I don't like to complain but this is to booking.com I had reserved a room through you and I wanted a room with the River view when I got to the hotel I was told that it did not show on their reservation and it explain to me how it works with booking.com. I was disappointed not about the hotel but about booking.com.

I was SUPER impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I felt like my daughter and I were super safe, nice atmosphere!! I liked the decor and the room was super comfortable.

Please stock the room with a few bottles of water. It is also super annoying that I have to go back down to the main area to heat up food. It's a HUGE dissatisfier, especially when you have room over the mini fridge for a fricking microwave.

The little ledge below the bathroom mirror was handy to keep all the toiletries off the sink. The soft lighting around the bathroom mirror is a smart idea. The 24 hour pool table was nice. No carpet is ideal, laminate flooring was tidy and clean.

No coffee maker in the room is not good. I'm personally not a fan of the lotion, soap, shampoo, and body wash in cylindrical dispenser containers for guests. I like having individual containers that havent been touched by previous guests. The decor was a bit too college dorm for my taste. My 16 year old son described it like being in a clubhouse. No closet, just a bar with hangars and a "suggestion" to use the knobs on the wall if we wanted more storage space.

The sraff is amazing! I spilled coffee on the bed and they were very nice about bringing clean sheets. The batgris nice, shower great except water pressure could be better. Great for families with children. Games in the lobby, pool table, gym. They have a pancake machine that let's them watch it make pancakes.

No coffee maker or microwave in the rooms, no closet. Just hooks

The beds were extremely comfortable, staff was pleasant, and it was in a great location. Our room had a view of the river which was nice. There was also free parking and breakfast options that were decent also.

The room seemed a bit small for 3 people, there was limited storage, and the pillows weren't the best.
