Comfortable, affordable hotel in a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. They are in the process of upgrading some of the rooms so there was some construction noise during the day but none after 5:00. They offered a hot breakfast that included eggs, biscuits & gravy in addition to the usual continental offerings. All in all a great bargain and a comfortable place to stay while visiting Florence.

The hot tub was very nasty, The price could have been a little cheaper so to renovations.

The staff that I interacted with were all super friendly. Everything in the room worked, the first time, without having to call the front desk.

What I didn't like was not a fault of Quality Inn but a holdover from the pandemic. After a long day of driving I was hoping for a relaxing, sit-down dinner within walking distance from Quality Inn, but that was not to be. The restaurant I was really looking forward to dining at had a note taped to their front door that said no inside dining. Their website indicated the dining room was open. Oh, well. Back to the car for more driving.

wonderful wooden floor, no carpet and it's just beyond praise for a hotel next to the beach where there are wonderful sand dunes and of course you bring sand into your room no matter how you shake it off and usually it's a big problem with the carpet. And here it's just wonderful , and in the room and in the corridors just the floor.

the hotel's advertisements focused on wonderful pastries, but unfortunately this is not the case. Possibly only in our breakfast, but there were no fresh specialty pastries from the bakery. There was a standard set of "boxed" store baked goods.

Clean. Easy location. Quiet stay. Close to restaurants and gas station. Less than 2 miles from Old Town. The breakfast wasn’t bad….had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, muffins, bagels, boiled eggs & some pastries. I will stay here again if I’m in town.

Not a lot of towels. Breakfast could use some fresh fruits. Eggs didn’t seem to have nutrients to them.

In a central location the hotel was easy to access. The room was nice with plenty of space and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was generous and well managed. Overall our stay though brief, was good.

I was satisfied overall as the hotel suited our purposes which were to have accommodations near the event we were attending. On the other hand, it wouldn’t be as fun if we had been staying for a few days as it wasn’t as near to the beach as we might prefer

It was easy to locate being on the main highway. The building with the rooms were far enough back from the highway that it was quiet. The lobby, hospitality room, and hot tub room were in a separate building in front of the building with the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast

Only thing was that the door to my room was very squeaky when opening and closing it. would have made a good sound effect for a horror movie. Doors to other rooms didn’t have that sound

We checked in late and had to leave early in the morning but we went to get in the hot tub 20 minutes before it closed which i understand is a little late but we only wanted to get in for a few minutes and we weren’t aloud to

The staff was very helpful and took good care of us. Our room had been broken into and ransacked and some of my items were stolen. The front desk person did what he could to provide toothbrushes and toothpaste after everything was taken. The location is nice. Close to everything. I would stay again.

The security could be taken up a notch but that's no one's fault. Also the complimentary items were low quality.
