everything was great, except that in the lounge/buffet area the tv was tuned to Fox News super loud. Given that the vast majority of people do not like or listen to Fix News and find its misinformation right wing political proselytizing, it should be turned off and tuned to a neutral broadcast. I and a majority of us in this country find such misinformation about such critical matters morally objectionable, so much so that we boycott establishes, even the best businesses we love, Need to know if all if Hilton’s establishments foist such political proselytizing on its customers.

Location, the service was very nice and the room was very comfortable, clean and plenty of room.

The hotel was being remodeled in the lobby area so we did not partake in breakfast or the bar, which we usually do. I am not sure what could have been done to make it more inviting or comfortable during remodel but maybe move everything to a conference room if you had one.

Everything was excellent from our room to the location of this hotel. We had requested a room close to an exit so we could have easy access to take our furry babies out day or night. Our request was honored and this made us very happy from the start of our vacation to the last day. This hotel is just outside Portland and easy access to the freeway and surrounding eatery’s. We loved this hotel and will definitely stay again if we ever go back to Oregon.

No complaints!! Everything worked accordingly to our satisfaction.

big room, big bed, amazing breakfast - exactly what I needed after nearly 12 hours of travel that day!

unfortunately, my room was by the pool, so had a faint smell of chlorine and the fridge didn’t work in my room. overall, though, these were MINOR things - the hotel is great

the price I was quoted by booking. com was not what the Hilton charged me. They charged me about $500 more. I discussed it with them, but they would not budge. They said that booking. com made a mistake, and I should take it up with them.

Repeat stay. Always clean, comfortable, quiet, allows dog.

New $10 fee to park (unless you want to park on street); increased pet fee to $50/stay...a bit high for 1 night stay.

Excellent customer service. Laundry facilities on property was very convenient. Hotel restaurant had good food and I was able to bring my little dog. Super comfy bed.

The hotel seemed a little dated to me and I was hoping it was close to Lake Oswego's downtown instead of discovering, upon, arrival that it was located in Tigard right next to I5.

Real fast was very nice! It was fun to order off the menu.

Did not like the garage (no one was there, it felt unsafe) so we parked up top on the left side of the hotel.

clean, comfortable room, well appointed lobby and cafe with the bar. good value and excellent location with many restaurants in the area.
