I like the location and rooms. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

They made the parking paid which is not makes sense because they did not add any service any new stuff like security and more responsibility for your car. They just charge money even on the very open part of the parking were anyone can step in and broke/stole something. By the way the Hilton chain made parking paid for all the hotels at least in this area.

It was a perfect place to stay. Our daughter was getting engaged and his family lived a few miles from this hotel. It is a very clean hotel. The staff from check in to check out was very friendly. We are dinner after arriving from the airport and our server was very nice and frequently checked on us. We chatted with staff and they were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Location was perfect, right next to the freeway. I loved the setting amongst all the trees. Very beautiful place.

The linen’s didn’t smell fresh, they didn’t smell bad exactly, it’s hard to explain. Kids were running around in the hallway for a few, but stopped after about 5 minutes, and quiet the rest of the time. And they sent me a text checking on the room, but after I was already in bed. I had to be up early because I was part of a car cruise and had a lot of driving to do.

Great location for dropping our child off at Lewis & Clark College, as well as proximity to Portland without being in the city and beautiful Lake Oswego area. Clean, spacious, comfortable room, pool with hot tub for all family members, easy parking, great view, and friendly staff.

The Buffet was a joke. We ordered from the menu and it was fine.

Our first room was located next to a drainpipe that dripped all night and my wife couldn't sleep. But when we spoke to the staff they immediately put usin another room; excellent work by your team.

Loved how clean it was, beds were very comfortable, for a basic room it came with quite a few amenities in the room itself.

The stopped to the shower/tub wouldn’t stay up when trying to drain the tub. The pool/hot tub area was a little small so it got full quick.

that our truck was broken into and we'll staff were sweet. could have done more than a 20 dollar credit that covered our 2 nights of paid parking.

Couldn't seem to connect to internet. $50 pet fee (for up to 4 nights but just there 1 night).

My group was able to snag the table with cushy chairs. The wooden chairs looked uncomfortable.

Finding Parking late at night (around 10 pm) was a challenge.

everything was great, except that in the lounge/buffet area the tv was tuned to Fox News super loud. Given that the vast majority of people do not like or listen to Fix News and find its misinformation right wing political proselytizing, it should be turned off and tuned to a neutral broadcast. I and a majority of us in this country find such misinformation about such critical matters morally objectionable, so much so that we boycott establishes, even the best businesses we love, Need to know if all if Hilton’s establishments foist such political proselytizing on its customers.
