The beds were incredibly comfortable - and there were plenty of pillows to suit every need - and even labeled (soft or hard). I had a very quiet room - and not a single disturbance from anyone. The maid service was awesome. All in all a very good stay.

hmmm. Maybe that breakfast could be served until a little later for those who have a lot of work to do in their rooms before going down - otherwise, I would have to say - everything was great.

The breakfast was exceptional. I especially liked having fruit, multiple protein options—two egg choices and sausage—and biscuits rather than just sweet carbs. The location (once we found it) is very convenient to freeway Exit 291. We did have to call to get directions since our GPS got us lost (from Exit 292). Unfortunately the pleasant clerk who gave us directions also gave the wrong exit number (290) which got us lost again. She must have just misspoken because she seemed familiar with our plight and the roads—and must have known that the motel is right at Exit 291.

There was no night light in the bathroom, and the bathroom lights that were there could not be turned on without the fan. It's tricky—perhaps even dangerous—to wend one's way across an unfamiliar room to the bathroom in the middle of the night with no light source. Absent a night light, we could have left an overhead bathroom light on with the bathroom door partly closed—except that we did not want a fan running all night. Also, closing the bathroom door at night in deference to a sleeping roommate leaves one completely in the dark or having to turn on a blinding (to dark-accustomed eyes) overhead light with a noisy fan.

Beds were comfortable, variety of breakfast,great location and awesome staff. Loved the honesty of your staff, we are from Washington and when we got back home we saw we were missing a bag of brand new clothes. When we called the hotel the next day front desk informed me housekeeping had turned it in. They held our bag til we picked up the next day. We will most definitely be staying here again.

Nothing everything was great

The breakfast was really good, lots of choices to eat. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

The shower door didn't shut completely. The water leaked on the floor and almost caused me to slip and fall. Could have used at least two bar soaps one for shower and one for sink.

It was quiet. Staff was quite helpful. Location was good.

When I first arrived, I was given a key to a room and I was very tired from traveling (also, had weights with me in the bag, so the load was not light)... I was sent to a room 2 times and I tried to basically force myself in with a key that refused to 'work.' However; it did eventually open! ...Turned out it was the wrong room and a disheveled, distraught gentleman came to the door (which thankfully had the chain on!) ... I'm just glad he wasn't armed!

just the driveway coming into the plaza that is shared by three other businesses. it has nothing to do really with Holiday inn. and more to do with the crazy drivers when I try to exit the parking lot. Death trap literally if you don’t use extreme caution.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bedding and the free breakfast choices and free wifi.

The room and a "mr. clean" odor that was unpleasant. No housekeeping at all offered although it was a 2 night stay. Is that a new thing in hotels?

The hotel was very close to our friends who we were visiting. It was also very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had no complaints about anything.

Excellent breakfast, and the breakfast host was a very hard worker and very nice person.

No advance notice that pool was closed. Mattresses are too soft. Both my wife and I along with 21 year old daughter thought the mattresses were too soft.

The breakfast was really yummy. Lot's of choices. Their cinnamon rolls were SOOOOOO YUMMY as well as their egg/cheese omelets.

The laundry facilities weren't working - wish they had a set of 2 washers and dryers so if one is broken they'd have a back up. The manager was really nice and the repairman did not come when he was supposed too. It was over the week-end and we left Monday morning early.
