not sure if the front lady’s name but she was amazing !! so was so friendly and very helpful. even helped with my bags to the room and I had two under two (one being handicapped) . probably one of the best experiences I e ever had with someone at the front desk . The breakfast was great , eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles , muffins , bagels, apple juice , orange juice , coffee , milk , yogurt. like they had so many choices.

I didn’t like the fact the property was accessible outside rather than having to go inside the building . gave a motel 6 feeling , only because I’m a lone traveler with kids I was kind of weary.

The accommodations were freshly updated. The room was spacious and provided a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Breakfast was outstanding and the exercise room was well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

I was happy with everything. The only downside was traffic around the property was heavy and noisy and the pool was in disrepair.

First time we ever got breakfast with REAL PLATES, it was a very nice touch! Both girls at sign in and check out were amazing! The gal as checking out was especially kind and courteous! Thank you and you have a wonderful staff!!

Nothing- this was a really nice hotel!!!

We were super pleased that the rooms were very clean. They also read instructions that due to disability I need a ground floor room and we got one no problem. The area was quiet and clean. Was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice and friendly. We'd stay here again for sure. And one more thing, a pretty good breakfast!

I would say the only thing we really didn't care for was the bed. It was a little uncomfortable but not a deal-breaker.

Great facility. Breakfast was exceptional. Pool area nice. Room and service was great. Even had a washer and dryer available. I will recommend Quality Inn to all my friends and family.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with lots of choices and the beds were very comfortable.

It could us some updating and the window area was dirty when we opened the curtains.

clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet, generous breakfast, helpful staff. heater microwave and fridge in good working order. more than you often get for the price.

not many good restaurants in town - but not in their control!

We liked the central location and the room was clean and sufficient for our needs. The staff in the office were friendly and helpful. The price was an excellent value and the office and breakfast area looked recently updated. We usually stay at another hotel in Madras, but the price there was about double the Quality Inn's price and it was not twice as good. We decided to try the Quality Inn and are glad we did. We would stay there again.

The lock bar on the door was missing two of the three screws and the one left was very loose. We did a temporary fix and let the office know before we left.There was not a "do not disturb" sign in the room.

The staff was excellent, very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, rolling cots would have been nice. No real complaints.

Staff was amazing! Room was excellent with just a couple of things to be upgraded/fixed. All in all great stay!!

1) sink was cracked (purely cosmetic), 2) bed was not terribly comfortable.
