Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Prineville, OR

The hotel is very clean and the staff welcoming and efficient. We loved the breakfast, especially the hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. We also appreciated the fresh cookies offered to guests at reception. The parking is free. Our room was spacious, clean, with nice furniture. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is great for exploring the Painted Hills area and Smith Rock State Park.

The only little inconvenience was the noise coming from slamming doors of the neighboring rooms at very early morning. Maybe a better soundproof will solve this.

We love the whirlpool suite. It’s large enough for our little family of 4.

I wouldn’t say that I disliked anything, really. I would suggest extra pillows when you have more than two to a room. For instance, we had our 2 boys with us, staying in the whirlpool room. The plan was for them to sleep on the hide-abed and there wasn’t any bedtime pillows present. I understand that there’s 4 pillows on the bed, and all I had to do was ask for more and that wasn’t problem. The staff were happy to oblige and were very nice. So no complaints, just maybe some extra bedding stowed away above the luggage rack would be nice. :)

The location is great. Come to see our son.

The pool was a little too cool. The hot tub had foam, too much foam while jets were on. People disobeying the rules, and brought in food. The breakfast area is a little too small for the size of building. Needed more assortment of hot food, besides eggs, bacon and potatoes. Says omelette, needs veggies to add to them. But, I did like the to go bags! Great idea! Elevator needs checked for knocking noises while moving. Should have number parking spots for units.

Great breakfast, very nice room, clean, nice staff. The absolute only negative would be the noise the doors make when they close. If there were a way to make them quieter, it would be a 10 out of 10. I was awakened a couple of times each night by people going in or out of their rooms because the doors slam shut. It’s generally quiet by 10:30-11:00 pm. All and all, it was an excellent stay.

The doors need to be quieter when people go in or out of their rooms.

Great little suites with a lot of room! There's an excellent writing desk, a little couch, and a microwave and fridge. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely and helpful, and the breakfast had a ton of choices: eggs, ham, sausages, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, juice, actually decent coffee, and more. I'll definitely be staying here again when I am in Prineville!

It is located away from downtown and next to a 76 gas station, so I suppose it's not the most picturesque, but it was also very quiet! I don't really have anything bad to say :)

We loved the spacious, updated, clean rooms! The hotel was quiet and in a nice location.

The breakfast was not good. Stale muffins and no desirable food. We skipped breakfast every morning after trying it the first time. Also, nobody would answer the phone at the front desk. We actually had to go down and talk to someone if we needed something or had a question. However the people at the front desk were very nice and accommodating, they just didn’t answer the phone.

- I was not thrilled by the quality and variety of breakfast items. The food served could be much better, and I was missing more cereals or cake options

Breakfast included hot items including, bacon, sausage, eggs,biscuits and gravy which was a nice surprise. All the usual cold items were also available. Breakfast room was very pleasant. Cookies and snacks bars were always ikravailable at the desk. Coffee and ice water were set out for the day as well. At breakfast, little bags were on the counter in case you wanted to take something along to eat or drink later in the day.

We had to call the desk to get the TV to work. Her directions were simple to follow. If those directions were with the remote or by the TV in the room, that would solve the issue.

It was clean and room was large and comfortable. Each the staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room had plenty of fresh food options. It is definitely a repeat for the next time.

The breakfast room was fairly clean, but the tables were not kept *completely* clean, so I noticed most guests opted to take their breakfast to their rooms (which were very clean).

Very comfortable hotel and conveniently located on the edge of town, with a good pub/restaurant next door. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was obliging and helpful. We enjoyed the pool!

Breakfasts were OK, but zero healthy options (e.g. sugar-free cereal, low-fat yoghurt, etc.); coffee and "hot" water were not very hot (maybe only if you get up REALLY early).
