Like many accommodations, thus was an older property but has been upgraded. Location is excellent, loved the large hot tub and fireside seating. What makes it a great stay is the staff who are very customer service oriented. Lots of nice little touches provided. Wonderful breakfast delivered to your room and you have a French press for coffee. Room has a gas fireplace and sofa for seating. Decor is pretty standard stuff but very clean and nothing seemed worn out. Bed was very comfortable with good linens.

Since it is an older property, terraces are small but you can squeeze two small chairs in it.

We had a room with a soaking tub.. view was great of ocean. Breakfast was very good for one night stay. Staff met a need in that we left a book in our room We called the inn and staff found the book and mailed it to us at the expense of inn. This was going above and beyond normal lost and found as we have found other hotels will charge a shipping fee. thank you staff...

Should have ice machines on at least one floor for guests. The bag of ice in lobby was confusing when you usually only need enough ice for a beverage. Parking lot is difficult so we always park on street which is not very accomodating to check in and check out of inn. I think parking stickers are still more useful so you know that the vehicles parked on street belong to guests at the inn. Are you returning to a breakfast room which allows for more flexibility of guests and choices of menu items..

The view was spectacular. They have a hot tub that looks like an infinity pool. They include breakfast that is BROUGHT TO YOUR ROOM, and is some of the best breakfast I have had. You can even choose the time frame you want them to bring it in. All of the staff were exceptionally nice and personable. They are also quick to respond to needs. Our smoke alarm battery was chirping because it was low, and I called down to the front desk to request someone come replace it. Their maintenance person was there within 5-10 minutes. I couldn’t figure out how to turn up the heat in the room, and the receptionist (Gabby) told me how to do it over the phone, and then called me back in ten minutes to make sure I figured it out. They offered a romance package to add on to our room for $99. It was so beautiful with the rose petals and the champagne and chocolates. They set up towels like birds on the bed. They have a private entrance to NYE Beach and it is walking distance to local restaurants and shops. This was my third year anniversary with my partner and we decided to stay here, and he said it was the cherry on top for a great proposal. I think we will be going back every year now. I highly recommend this place!

It was kind of annoying that the smoke alarm battery was low and chirping but they responded within 5-10 minutes of our call. The tub in the room was too small if you have a really tall partner like me.

We went with the intent of relaxing and we did just that! The spa was amazing and you couldn't beat the view! Nice large room with a great view of the ocean. The staff was amiable and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the berry French toast. And we enjoyed the cookies served each afternoon. Definitely coming back here someday!

The parking was tight and glad we had our smaller car. Had to park on the street one time, but had no issues. Otherwise no other complaints.

The whole facility was beautiful. It was great having a selection of wines available. The view from the infinity hot tub should not be missed! It was nice that there were adult only hours for those of us traveling without children. The access to the beach is great and it is a wonderful sandy beach. The breakfast menu and having it delivered to our suite was awesome. Our compliments to the chef!

Parking is a little tight if you drive something larger than a compact car, but convenient to the Inn.

i paid a lot and got the romance package I assumed it was ocean view but it wasn’t and the place had some construction and it was loud when they were washing the roof or gutters or something anyway not romantic at all we saw the rooms across the hall on our last day today upon check out if I were to know about the ocean view rooms with the bath tubs we would have gotten that room it was over 800 for 3 nights seems like they should have put us in those rooms for the price or reduced ours for the window or gutter person on the man lift crane thing making noise

The infinity pool and the seaviews were beautiful. Having breakfast included in the price is great too. Definitely one of our favourite places to stay and will come again to spend more time in the infinity pool and near the fire. It's definitely worth getting the sea view rooms!

Sadly, we didn't get our breakfast the second morning because we put our order a bit late, but they did eventually bring what was left up. Despite having breakfast bought up late, they couldn't extend our check out because fully booked so ended up rushing eating.

The attention to details, Such as the coffee provided in the room, home baked cookies at night, the gourmet well put together breakfast that’s included. The staff very attentive and accommodating. Dana, Gelina, Michael and Thomas (room cleaning staff).

The air conditioning was great! We had just left an area with wild fire smoke and power outages, so it was really wonderful to find a room at the beach with AC. The breakfast options were also really yummy!

I had paid for a room with a balcony and got one on the street side with a balcony that was only a foot wide. But, since I got the last room available, beggars can't be choosers and I was grateful to just find a room with AC away from the smoke. The bed was a little too hard, but I really appreciated the King size. Overall, my room and the staff were awesome!

I love the size of the room and it's location! Had an ocean view, just wish it was actually on the beach instead of viewing a parking lot before the beach! There was a mix up with our reservation, but the staff was very accommodating and set us up in a better room because of our trouble!

The person who originally reserved our room, didn't note that we had pets! I specifically called the hotel to verify that! But Gabby took care of us once we checked in! As I mentioned above, just wish we didn't have a parking lot view from our balcony!
