We loved the view from the room the most, simply gorgeous! We also loved the large size of the room. We were very excited to see the room was a kitchenette with all the amenities provided - dishes, silverware, cutlery, all the way down to dish soap, a dish mat and dish drainer...there was even an oscillating fan which was a life saver. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were soft and clean. The shower head was tall enough for my 6'3" husband, which is a huge plus and something we don't often see. Water pressure was great, again something we don't see often. We slept with the 2 little windows open all night to hear the waves down below on the beach. The parking garage was convenient and felt safe and the easy elevator access was a blessing getting out luggage to/from our room. The location is close to all the amenities in town and we were stoked to have a stairway right down to the beach.

We have zero negatives to say about our stay. We are already planning a trip back with our teenager as soon as possible.

I would like to have had a regular table as opposed to the small “end-table” type. The pool was dark and a little intimidating I was not comfortable to go in there alone. And the bed wasn’t exactly the most comfy, that said I can’t say it was “bad” either and my discomfort was probably more my issue than the bed. I would like to have seen a bar-type chain lock on the door

It was a short walk down to the beach a perfect view of the ocean from our room. Our dog came with us which was great since it was a family trip. The location was great a short drive to every place we wanted to go.

There was no breakfast. I might be mistaken, but i thought that was part of everything when i booked the room. But i understand if it wasn't available because of covid restrictions still. Parking under the D building was impossible because our 2011 nissan xterra was to talk again understandable because that's on us, not the shilo inn. And the pool was all the way across the parking lot. Just a cold walk back to our room.

The location was amazing.. the views were so beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. The room was clean and large in size. Michelle at the front desk was so nice and friendly. The only negative was the pool. The pool had no railing when you walked down into it or mainly getting out. It's wet and slick without a railing it's very dangerous. Both my sister and I almost fell getting out..definitely unsafe. But the water temperature was great inside the pool just needs a railing. But aside from that it was a wonderful stay. Will for sure stay agian.

Awesome view of the beach with big windows. Little windows opened up so you could feel, smell and hear the ocean. Bed was comfy with all white sheets and comforter. Chairs in room were comfy and on rollers so easy to move them around. Awesome feature. Shower was great.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was carpet instead of tile or wood. I don't like carpet at all and a lot of hotels are moving away from carpet. But the carpet in the halls and room was very nice carpet.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view was incredible with large windows that filled the room. I could have stayed in bed all day it was so comfy.

A bit out dated in the front lobby but the room made up for it. The parking entrance is at a difficult angle and my van couldn't get in and out without scraping. Too bad there isn't a restaurant anymore, it would have added convenience.

The restaurant being closed. Didn't know where the pool was. Didn't care for the overly FIRM bed. Tight parking in the garage (for the pillars being a factor). Hallway carpet could use some cleaning. Wasn't informed about the exit door leading out into the garage was locked and needed a key card to open it. Other than that, was a very good experience

I've stayed here multiple times and always enjoy the location and view from the rooms. Rooms are spacious and the view can't be beat. Park your car and walk to food, coffee and great little shops. Staff were friendly and I would stay here again.

Sadly this property is getting a bit run down. This room seemed to have updated carpet which I appreciated.

Walking up to a big window filled with the ocean was absolutely amazing! It was right on the beach. There was lots of counter space and there were cupboards with dishes.

All the windows in the halls were open, so the halls were freezing. This wasn't a big deal for me; the room stayed pretty warm, but I needed at least one critical thing to say. Also, there wasn't any dish soap. Still, I was completely satisfied with my stay!!!
