Price in remote area. I’m going to stay next week in a hotel for $40 more in the city next to theaters and fine dining and a 4.5 star hotel suite with 2 rooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. I think the price in this remote area a bit industrial with only fast food nearby doesn’t feel right. Felt a bit like price gouging. I could have stayed in a hotel in Hawaii for this price. Just being honest. My room was termed a “suite” but was like any other “room.”

A nice property, close to a freeway exit and easy to find. Ontario is a slow paced town, which I enjoy. The room was spacious and overall comfortable. Boise is getting quite busy and expensive, and Ontario is an option to consider for people on a road trip.

The mattress was a little soft. Pillows on the other hand were too thick and firm. Lighting in the room is quite dim. We traveled with our dogs, and our pet-friendly room was fully carpeted. Would prefer pet rooms to have tile or linoleum.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. Juice and coffee were available 24/7 near the front desk. The pool and hot tub were also available around the clock.

Although a two story property, there were no elevators. Being well and healthy, we had no problem with it, but others might have difficulty.

The breakfast meets Best Western standards, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very nice to enjoy on such a hot day.

The internet was a bit slow in the evening, and the room coffee was better than the weak coffee from the machine. This is also a common feature at other BW hotels. They can learn something from McDonalds.

There were lots of options at breakfast and it was nice to have tables and chairs in the breakfast area. The woman at the check in desk was very welcoming and friendly.

It would have been nice to have an elevator.

Pool and hot tub were great. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Breakfast cereals we more kid choices than adult. The air conditioner would not shut off.

The bed was very comfortable; breakfast was great. The pool/spa being open 24 hours was terrific.

Whatever chemicals they use in the jacuzzi made foam when we turned on the jets. Not just bubbles; long-lasting and rather disturbing foam.

The staff was very friendly. It was clean and a comfortable place to stop and rest midway through our journey! The pool was open 24 hours and that made my kids happy! With Covid the breakfast was just grab and go style but still worked for my family.

There is no elevator. Having said that it was only one floor but lugging all our luggage up a flight of stairs still wasn’t the most fun. Having said that if we are ever passing through again we would stay there!

Location was good. we didn't eat breakfast as had to leave before it started. Only had two towels so could not shower at night and in morning. The Beds felt damp and not as comfortable as others we have stayed at.

lighting was a little bad. Old lamps without plugins with them not convenient for CPAP.
